Warframe is my new vicious... I can't stop to play it everyday even when I can't beat the Earth - Euroasia mission.

Today I found this pic released by the devs... you can see 1.7 million users on PS4 registered to the game until March 2014. Amazing numbers.

i have a few games installed since launch but haven't touched since the crashes and whatnot.

Played it thinking it would be more like Mass Effect 3's mutiplayer but it was more like whatevs. Sucks, too, because ME3's multi was so good and I was hoping for something closer to that.

I don't get why so many people continually play this game. I tried it for an hour one day and it seemed so pointless. I'm assuming there is a point in the game where it opens up or something?

Been playing Warframe since launch. Such an awesome game.

People talk about the movement stuff being so awesome in Titanfall. Warframe has even that beat I think. Just love all the different moves you can pull off in the middle of a battle. You can do slides, somersaults, wall climbs, wall runs, speed bursts, etc. etc. and all the while still fire away at the enemy ( which adds various firing animations ) or throw down with some melee attacks.

Game is so much fun once you train up a little and figure out all the various moves you can pull off during combat.

It grow on you after you get the way over mods... the customizations are infinite.

I have close to 1000 hours in Warframe. I'm pretty much fully burnt out on it at this point, but it is very deserving of it's success. the developers are awesome and are great at interacting with players

Downloaded this yesterday, actually. Only did the first mission. Surprised at how well it controls. Guess I had low expectations for a f2p. Otherwise I didn't have the slightest clue as to what was going on. I'll sink my teeth in some more tonight.

Probably the best example of how a F2P game can work well.

Also, the GAF clan has spots open for more active players - just post in the OT!

I played it all the way until the mission where you fight the giant bugs in the refinery looking place with stairs. I never understood the mods lol.

Do ciphers ever get more difficult? If they don't, I'm shocked that so many people are distracted long enough to fail them. Unless exiting it counts as failing.. then maybe it makes sense.

It's got a really unique style to it, and the game itself - while repetitive - can be a lot of fun. The mods and collection aspect is also rather engaging; it becomes a game of strategic mission selection to maximize the gain of desired crafting mats.

Still waiting on that account transfer option. I'd love to play it on PS4 where I have more friends willing to try it, but I'm not going to lose 100 hours of playtime and a bunch of rare weapons and mods.

Played for a few weeks on PC during update 10 or 11. Got bored as my latency was not friendly for group play.

Anyway a friend of mine recently got hooked and tempted to jump back in. So my question is, is there any cross-play between the PC and the PS4?

Edit: Ah nvm, just saw Mass Effect's post. So yeah assume there is no cross-play.

I downloaded it on my 2nd PS4 and tried to play it with remote play one night while I was in bed. I guess I'm one of the "registered users."

I've enjoyed the little time I've spent with it. Been having a hard time getting friends to play though.

That's the one thing that keeps me from playing a lot more. I only seem to have problems when I join random people, not when hosting or playing with friends. Other then that the game is fantastic.

There is one time migration from PC to PS4 for now.

Edit - sorry guys but it is not available yet.

An interesting question- How many people signed up to play this on their launch PS4 because it was something to do, played it for a day, and never picked it up again?

Because I fall into that camp, and so do my friends.

Registered is always a weird thing to boast. I'm one of those 1.7 million, but I haven't touched the game since day one and probably never will again.

I'm in the Latin America region and I always found 1-2 groups playing int he mission I'm trying to finish... and all the time popup invites on the Clan I'm part.

There are a good amount of guys playing everyday.

I played it on pc for the past week, its really good, very addictive and fun,maybe too soon to say (20 hours played) but its one of my favorite f2p games.
Its nice that players with PS4 have access to that kind of games (f2p).
