I may miss the Microsoft and Nintendo conferences. Will they put videos of the events up immediately after they end? Or will another outlet do that?

It should be, although the flooding earlier in the year might hamper their plans. I reckon it will be a player at one of Microsoft's or Sony's conference during their Indie sections.

They don't have on this year, they haven't been doing major conferences since 2010, and they produced no pre recorded conference this year.

It helps expectations and the subsequent non essential/productive threads that come out of E3 such as "NINTENDOZ DOOMED' 'FCKING DONKEY KONG' and such. This is especially helpful at E£ since the load on the servers will already be huge, and garners productive discussion.

I see that Gametrailers has Monday's live schedule up, but I don't see anything for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Does anyone know if their lineup has been announced for those days? I already have IGN, Twitch, and GameSpot. Thanks!

No Gametrailers schedule on Tuesday and onwards, but the GT team (not Geoff Keighely/SPIKE TV), will be streaming live demos throughout. No schedule for that yet. And not as structured as the other websites.

Well, these troll threads have nothing to do with the Megathreads though, you can even say megathreads help to reduce the amount of "LOL NINTENDOOMED" threads because the person can type that in the Megathread. Load of servers... the servers will be either way down, with or without megathread so who cares?

I'm not so sure on the latter, the megathreads are abandoned in favour of individual threads after the conference starts, and usually locked. Also I remember Nintendo's last year and the constant PM'ing of the guy who claimed he had been PM'd by a member. There was mass hysteria and PM'ing to that person. Have you tried asking a mod at all, or getting a response?

I have Xbox 360 without gold. I should try the twitch app but I'll miss the spike commentaries after. I guess it's not a huge deal.

It might be worth noting that amazon.ca will also be covering / streaming the conferences etc. starting tomorrow @ www.amazon.ca/e3 ... It doesn't seem to be the case with amazon.com for some reasons. In fact, it seems like an offensive towards Best Buy & Futureshop's pre-order deals since they also offer 15% off pre-orders on the same page.

You can watch through the Twitch App/Twitch Website instead. Or youtube live streaming, IGN App/GT APP (if there is one).

So. What's the consensus on where to watch the streams this year if I want to play them on my TV?

I would assume the Xbone Twitch app, but I'm curious as to what other gaffers are doing. I also have all of the other consoles.

Twitch and GT generally have the best streams. So the GT app is a good alternative as well (available 360/Not sure XB1). The IGN app is available for PS4 /maybe XB1 and the older consoles. Youtube livestream the conferences as well.

Depends what content you want too.

Gamespot have Danny O Dwyer this year and he's a great hoster.

Giantbomb have fantastic after hour show streams with many developers and journalists.

Polygon have Jack Tretton as well as a guest.

Nintendo have all day streaming from Tuesday onwards.

Twitch seems to have good content over the days as well.

Myself, I will be using Gametrailers for the first day, and then when the conferences start I might switch to commentary with Giantbomb of the conferences, then switch back to GT after each respective conference is finished. I like Geoff Keighley's show and all the interviews on there, but I'll be catching up with IGN and Gamespot at the end of the day. I'll switch to Giantbomb's after show hours shows because they are hilarious and fantastic.

IGN app has a noticeable delay on their live stream. I would avoid it if you are following along here or on Twitter.

Hmm I got an email from Amazon.ca saying they are streaming E3. I wonder what the best stream will be for me this year. I tried watching an episode of Pach Attack the other day but the stream wouldn't go in HD, so GT is out I guess.

Twitch would be the best next alternative. I guess Amazon will be quite reliable given their cloud tech. Youtube after that.

Alright, day off tomorrow, I'm gonna wake up just before the first conference starts. And by just I mean an hour before. Even though I hate wallowing in the Hype for that long. And avoid all major sites including GAF. No E3 spoilers thread with a smooth transition into the MS OT.

I'm going to my brothers to watch the conferences. If we're watching the IGN stream, what would be best to watch it on? The PS4 IGN app? His laptop and internet aren't great, so I'm not sure what our best option is.

Does Twitch have a delay? I was watching a different event via ustream the other day and it was like 30 seconds behind, so every body was already talking about things before I saw them.

Other than that I'm not sure when I'm supposed to sleep :/
Microsofts is at 1:30am, then Sony's at 10am and finally Nintendo's at 1am again. I guess I could try sleeping after Sony's.

Only conference I won't be able to watch tomorrow is the Ubisoft conference as I have a 2 hour drive to make tomorrow evening, should be able to watch everything else though.
