Looks incredible, although the E3 build appears to be quite a bit nice visually outside of the framerate.

Buying a PS4 was the best decision I've made in a long, long time. Cannot wait for this.

0Seems like an older build, because the leaked E3 footage looks more polished. But man, that gameplay. I need this game now.

Also DemonNite teased that TGS was gonna be a beast of a show. Wouldn't surprise me if Sony pulled something from E32014, at the last minute and replaced it with that powers segment.

I hope that his outfit degrades when in combat. I like the ripped up look more than the updated look in the E3 footage. Looks sick.

i hope the fact that its called bloodborne means they aren't getting rid of the souls mechanic. And i hope there is more of a story that will be added to the game.

Some of the reactions here are the reason they didn't want to show this gameplay trailer on E3.

Although it makes me wonder if this was going to be cross-gen looking at the huge difference in graphics.

To be fair, I am glad they didnt show it off last year. The little we have seen looks a ton better. TGS is gonna be huge I feel.

I can't stop watching this. There is so much information in every single shot.

I love how the two clothing sets we've seen so far are so badass. They both convey a similar feel, but in different ways.

Dark Souls 2 didn't get a release date until TGS right? There were probably considerations made to avoid revealing the game before Dark Souls 2 was released simply to avoid confusion and unhappiness from various parties.

As long as Sony doesn't become Namco and rush them, this will be a winner if it's optimized. That much is very clear already.

Miyazaki showed off a melee weapon that was part scythe, part saw. What was most interesting about it is that players can employ different techniques to cause the weapon to transform as you are fighting. This will be one of the key ways in which players will need to adapt their techniques to tackle bosses, and customise their characters to suit their style, “with each transformation of your weapon comes a different play style.”

Very happy that there is an emphasis on close-quarters melee sans shield, which caters to my playstyle.

yep DS2 date was announce at TGS so Sony pulling Blordborne from it does make a lot of sense.
I guess that answer that question .

Well it's clear why they didn't show this specific trailer at E3. They didn't want to fake the gameplay, but also haven't optimized it yet when those segments were captured, there would've been a ton of "LOLz look at that framerate" posts and shit going around on the internet.

Doesn't help it much either when the titles in between the gameplay segments are so smooth. Really shows you how jittery the framerate for the gameplay segments is.

Anyways, looks promising. I have it preordered.

Praise the sun, it's indeed without a shadow of a doubt, a souls game. Not that I needed confirmation as it is plainly obvious. Happy to see a great axe.

From an art design standpoint, this is far cooler than any of the Souls games so far. The designs are exquisite.
