But they are scoring big on all the marketing deals so far with third parties.

First Assassins Creed : Black Flag at launch
Then Watch Dogs
Then Destiny with the exclusive content ( including Strikes and shit which will be huge ) and White PS4 bundle ( guaranteed to give the PS4 a massive boost in September ), and so far all advertising is all about the PS4.
Then GTAV

Then they got No Mans Sky exclusive for who knows how long on any system, and even longer on consoles
Bloodborne is the biggest exclusive Sony could ever hope for in this market.
Grim Fandango is coming to PS4, nothing else console wise.

List could go on for awhile of third party console exclusives.

And multiplatform games are selling better on PS4 - but let's not let one stupid post bog us down.

3rd party exclusives are a waste. more than half of them end up on other platforms at some point
thankfully Bloodborne and Deep Down are "2nd party"

No. He mentioned FFXV because he's hinting "hey, it's not that long-awaited Japanese game, it's the other one. You know, the one with the beautiful, feathered creature"

When laid out like that you can really see how smart (and lucky) Sony has been with their marketing and whatnot. WD to start them off, TLOU to hold people off, Destiny to really get the ball rolling, GTAV to keep the the hype train moving, LBP3 as their family friendly offering.g for the Holidays and the. Finally they hit the ground running next year with The Order, Bloodborne, and Arkham Knight and keep it going into the holidays with UC4. Not to mention all the indies and other exclusives they will no doubt have. Very solid business plan.

PSA2 would just get more hate no matter what they would do, bleeeeh. Also I dont think they would be able to fix all of the problems or even most of them. :v

I seriously hope Sony announces more games that arent whined about. Bloodborne isnt enough.

Can't help but smile at lists like this now, seeing as only Scalebound and Sunset Overdrive are actually exclusive to Xbox One there... and even Sunset Overdrive is gonna be a question mark for the future on that score.

Ryse, Sunset, and Scalebound aren't third party. MS even owns the IP for Scalebound. Unless you mean work with third party studios to make first party games?

I will be playing it at Gamescom myself if it's there. Maybe i'll be proven wrong. But right now, i'm going by what they decided to show, because that's what they want us to see. And what I see is nothing special. But I would let it slide if the developpers weren't just so eager to put their foot in their mouthes in terms of technicalities.

It also annoys me because Ready at dawn was awesome on psp and could've used their handheld skill to instead push the vita which would really need a triple A western title, but instead they use it on that. So yeah, i'm annoyed

Agreed, SE will probably just show KH2.5 again and talk about the sleeping dogs Remasted edition..if we lucky enough probably hint for FFXV news next month at TGS ( i hope )

Both of those are third party as far as IP but it seems like Ryse MS funded the XB1 version? and got console exclusive rights whilst SO is second party with doing the same as Ryse but having full exclusivity for XB1.

There was an actual conflict between Crytek and MS over who owns the Ryse IP IIRC. Insomniac owns SO though.

Man I know we talked about this before but i'd also really really like to see more stuff about Rime. It was one of my big favs during the ps4 reveal and I was so sad to see nothing during e3. Hope they'll be at gamescom !

I am glad there is not 3rd party Exclusive rumours for gamescom. 3rd party Exclusive rumours are always weird. I remember when it was rumoured that destiny was going to be a timed exclusive for xbox. Crazy times.
