I'm curious then (I'm not going to download that regardless of it not being virus/malware), how does one go about getting all of those disparate data? Did Phil Fish use a single password with no MFA for all of these sites?

I'm really curious about the content -- in particular sales information and the platform certification information (and none of the personal data), but I'd rather not download it at all because in my mind it encourages this behaviour in the future, so I'm going to steer clear, full stop.

Agreed. I don't really understand this whole idea of "way too much drama, considering quitting gaming." If you don't like how the gaming media focuses too much on drama and not enough on gaming than stop reading the gaming media and just play games, the purist way.

This could get many to leave. My friend can't even have an opinion or even offer support because she's terrified she'll be targeted and be the next on the hit list. She believes she has no place in video games that she has no right to even make a game because of these shit for brains.

Ofc they are. "Gamers" means whatever the fuck you want it to, especially when you're a high and mighty games "journalist". This is a criminal action, engineered to maximize outcry by targeting the most outspoken and inflammatory individual on one side, and blaming it on the most recognized symbol of evil on the other side. There's little to do with gamers, and the hobby they enjoy at this point.

I'm a bit skeptical because the address was in Tennessee and Phil is Canadian. It would be easy to type up some official looking stuff. We don't know the difference since we don't work there and have access to those files.
