He says there's three characters left, one Pokemon, one DK, and one "other", but won't say which. However he's hinting it's RH by bringing up the Sneaky Spirits.

I understand your desire. I also agree that many characters should get more interesting variations than "fast fireball" and "electric boomerangue". But don't forget that the only move Capt. Falcon has outside Smash is "steer the wheel". It's not like Sakurai is wasting much content.

A copy of the game? ESRB always does footage, hence why all the pics are of stuff that needs to be rated, like sexual content (trophy boobs/butts), language (devil car), crude humor (wario waft), animated violence (footage of the fights), etc.

ESRB doesn't work that way.

I won't purchase the 3DS version but I'm very hyped for the Wii U version. I just hope EU doesn't have to experience the same debacle as with Brawl in terms of release dates.

As much as I agree with you in spirit, I don't think anything's going to really change. If someone wants to leak information and has access to it, they're going to do so regardless of what sorts of rules or consequences they've agreed to. The only way to stop this sort of thing (and stuff like the X/Y leaks) from happening is for Nintendo to completely bar access to the game from any sort of western ratings/testing until after the JP release, which isn't really an option if they don't want major delays, as some people have mentioned earlier.
