Somewhatgroovy is dancing when he joined at last minute. Giving him an Atheon hard save, so could people help him cheese it please?

Got my Titan to 20 and finished the story. Thought the ending was very anticlimactic and didn't pack any big moment for me. The core gameplay is really solid though and a lot of fun. I can't help but feel let down, because bungie games have always had these wonderfully fun and diverse set pieces and Destiny was missing that. The mission where they mix it up and give you a sword was great, where are other levels where it's not run forward and shoot everything. Where's the vehicle combat set pieces? Where are the one off moments? It just seems like this game having to be online held back the single player design. I would love to see the single player only version of what Destiny's campaign could have been. Right now it just seems like a standard MMO. I'm not sure if I'm going to sell it or wait it out to see what bungie changes and how the DLC looks. I'm considering moving ahead and start running these strikes to gear up, which have been my favorite part of the game.

Edit: I'm gonna stop and get food on my way home from work and take a shower once I get home. Then I'll get on ps4.

I have done vog according to the site 13 times. I have done hard about 5 and cleared Atheon 3 times cheesed! One of those soloed! Invite me as you desire teeeheeheheeee

Also I did the nightfall once today and got the exotic hunter gauntlet. I have 2 more to go and I'm hoping for Hawkmoon or Knucklehead (more so Hawkmoon).

So long as you have finished on normal, you will have that checkpoint...

You can keep the Hard save for Atheon. I have already done on this character but I kept a checkpoint so I can pass it around.

We were all there.. the lore and story aspect of this game is such a lost opportunity.

that said, The way I play this game now, I don't even think this game really needs "story" missions.

I kill weekly boss, a player comes in during the debriefing and gets a purple then immediately leaves.

The fastest purple in the history of Destiny.

Anyone doing a fresh Normal on PS4 anytime soon? My 29 Titan deserves a chance at Gauntlets and Chest :) a_javierp is my PSN.

I'll be home in about an hour. Are you available to pass it to me? I just want RNGeebus to be good to me and grace me with Façade of the Hezen Lords. I don't care if I don't get the Mythoclast or any of the other stuff, I just want that beautiful helm.

i thought they fixed that so you couldn't join missions or strikes if they were almost completed? :D i just joined Zoukka's weekly strike and only got to see the reward screen and snagged the strange coins and a legendary engram :p

Meet up with Groovy, he needs help to finish it also. It will be better if you got together. I am going to run the Normal raid and see if I can'tet those boots!

javier i plan on running a normal this evening around 6:30 eastern if youre gonna be around. Will have more experienced raiders ready to roll as well.

Still blows my mind how people get legendary weapons in the Crucible. I'd say 85% of the time I don't get anything at all, 14% of the time I get crap that wouldn't even be useful to a level 10 Guardian, and that last 1% of the time it's something like a strange coin or mote of light which I'd actually use but is far from mind blowing.

And as others have said, it seems like the crappier you do the better the loot. Frustrating as hell.

Ps4. Obviously the higher the level the better 😄
