Biebs has been lifting, or at least been doing body weight stuff. He has developed arms, pecs and abs.
Saying he's just lean completely negates the work i'm sure he's put into gaining some mass.

No, that's just plain skinny. We're not saying Beiber has no muscle, but he's not ripped. He's just has some bit of muscle and the low bodyfat to have it visible. Skinny and lean is more like Bruce Lee not this kid
