If there was one thing GTA didn't need, it was a first-person view mode. Kinda baffled that people are excited about this to be honest, but then I'm the sort of person who instantly becomes less interested in a game if it's in first-person perspective rather than third-person.

It's a great idea but I wonder if it will undermine the three protagonist nature of the game. It just feels so weird and different. So much of what was great about GTA V was playing as three different characters, and role playing them differently. Now it's in first person I worry that I'm just going to play each character the same and just zone out the voice acting.

I'm sure this has already been discussed since the rumours came out. I definitely want to play it, but I think it's going to be a very different game now.

Ehhhhhhh... Not feeling this. I'm not really into playing GTA first person but I guess for FPS fans, this is good for them. I'll stick to TPS, thanks Rockstar

Welp, looks like I'm buying this game again. Everything looks 10x more immersive in first person.

Why is it a big deal that the game will run in 4k? most PC games run in 4k...... it's just a resolution option.

Hopefully they've adjusted the difficulty with this, it might actually be fun to get into shoot outs with the cops now.

That looks really sweet.

I know there's been variants of first-person perspective in GTA in the past (with varying levels of success), but dedicated attention on first-person gameplay from the devs really could turn the weather-worn GTA gameplay loop on its head.

Color me impressed.

Looks kind of neat, but i won't be using it, very much.
Also, lol @ "4K on PC!" So what? It's a pretty basic feature to support >1080p resolutions on PC games.

Why are people huffing and puffing about a first person option being included? It's not like they're warping it into a modern military shooter to go along with it.

Not watched the trailer yet, but those screens look surprisingly good. Definitely going to replay the game in FP mode.
