No one wants a throne you've been sitting on!
As long as its not like unlimited SaGa I approve of this greatly. Esp the composer selection.

Man I still want a re-release of minstrels song.

Mmm... I thought that after Chaos Rings bomba and the F2P delays they would drop their (not so big) Vita support.

Suprising they didn't reveal that title... but maybe they're just keeping it for the actual reveal next year?

Maybe the name isn't totally finalised yet. Although SE don't seem to be trigger crazy when it comes to trademarking games (unlike Namco and their unused names for Tales of games).

Holy fucking yes. Vita is the last thing I expected this one. I thought 3DS > PS4 > Vita.

This will be Square's first new game on Vita right?

No.

They released Army Corps of Hell as a launch game. Though this SaGa might be the first internally developed new game for PSV by SQEX.

Proper reveal should be on Jump Festival next week instead of next year, I'd guess.

and quote my post from the livestream thread

So they are teasing a console Saga game for a long time and Kawazu talked about how monster hunter show him the power of the 3DS, and the game turned into a Vita game. How bizarre it is. They never give PSP a saga game..

For some strange reason the stream had Dengeki Playstation Magazine crew in it so I was expecting something, but not on Vita honestly.

I... don't get why they would decide to develop a SaGa game for Vita, I mean, why?

Well, it's a Vita game, so good news is good news.

It is how Kawazu works.

It's just like in FFII where the best way to get stronger is beat yourself up.

The Vita's been doing OK in Japan for a while now.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony monyhatted this somehow, but let us all be blindly hype for the PSX SaGa games releasing on US PSN as a sign this'll get localized
for PS4 and XB1
@_@

Being realistic, the only reason Vita gets the game is that this makes it easier to port to mobile (which is very likely to happen).

I won't get my hopes up for a localization in the first place, let alone porting or remastering it.
