If you aren't doing the system transfer sign into a Nintendo Network ID, swap cards, re-download.

But if you're doing the system transfer don't do that. Just do the system transfer and then re-download.

Yep! Got a gift card left over from Christmas and I'm going to use it towards the game. I doubt I'll get the N3DS XL (MM edition) as It'll probably be sold out by the time I get there.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can do in store pick up for this at all.
From what I've read, yes they do fit as the screen is the same size. At the very least its not like it'll be smaller.

My girlfriend lives out that way so I'm always out there. Good luck on your search. I'll be going to a midnight release at my local GameStop for a black N3DS XL and regular MM3D. As much as I always like special editions look, especially this one with the gold, after a while I just want the regular system so I never even tried for it.

That being said, I'd like to see a TP remake on Wii U. The original game has a TON of issues, but underneath all of that crap is a damn good game.

Yeah, if I had a GameStop GC, I'd totally hit up the one over at Cicero next to Walmart, but since I had a GC for Best Buy and since MM3D was announced right after Christmas, I had to shuffle my gaming plans around so I preordered the game at Best Buy.

Hey, the GCN version is superior to the waggified version of the game on the Wii. It's amazing how many people actually cited the Wii version and said it sucked. The GCN version is better in every way possible. It's the reason why I don't trade in any one of my Zelda games.

I stopped by the electronics department of my local Target and asked the chick if they were going to have the MM LE in stock. She walks over to a locked drawer under the counter and pulls out 3 MM edition 3ds and says she has 2 more for a total of 5! I tired my best to get her to sell me one on the spot hehe.
She said that they were not doing a ticketing system for it and that there was a limit of 2 per customer. The problem with my Target is that it is a super target and there are two enterances on the opposite ends of the store. I fear that if another line forms at the opposite end people may beat me to the system

That being said, I'd like to see a TP remake on Wii U. The original game has a TON of issues, but underneath all of that crap is a damn good game.
I've got some good news for you:
It's getting a port to the 3DS I'm calling it, I can see it working out as a HD port for the Wii U as well. The only reason why this game needs a remake is simply so we can have a downloadable version of the game that can use traditional controls. The Wii version uses Wii controls and it's awful. Enough said, anything will suffice.
Twilight Princess has larger problems than the silly controls. Also, isn't the wii version the only one that natively supports widescreen? If so, I'll take widescreen with silly controls over 4:3. I could see Nintendo doing it just because the Zelda remake train seems to be getting them good money, but I could also see them avoiding TP because it seems to be one of the more poorly received entires in the franchise. I kind of wouldn't mind it just to have a version with decent controls and widescreen without finagling with Dolphin, but I also kind of never want to play that game again.

I would gladly take 4:3 and superior controls than to swing that wiimote like an idiot.
The controls are silly, but relatively harmless. Just flick your wrist a bit. Switching to 4:3 actively makes the game significantly worse.
Last I checked, there were no confirmation any store would get them. Given how it was sold, and it wasn't in any of the store ads, I'm assuming it's going to be Pre-order only. I cold be wrong.

My MM 3DS is still "Open" status from Gamestop, but they charged me for it last Saturday.
It won't change to "closed" until it ships, which probably won't be until Thursday. Maybe Overnight shipping people will get their's sent out today.
