From the article:

Firstly, Naughty Dog are seeking a multiplayer level layout artist, who will be responsible for assembling "beautiful looking and beautifully playable multiplayer levels from existing single player art".

They're also looking for an artist to "create models and assemble scenes for both architectural and organic environments", and a single-player game designer who will be "responsible for designing and producing engaging and fun third-person action gameplay and levels".

If everything had gone to plan it would have been the big release title last year.
UC4 is a 2015 game.

I doubt it. They have 8 months to get it out, and I think they will be fine if they are still looking now for someone to do that. Uncharted has always been SP first and foremost. MP second.

They hired their lead artist on The Last of Us like the September before it came out. This doesn't indicate the game is delayed.

If day 1 release is SP only then they can still meet the target release. If they wait until MP is ready (and as of now they are still hiring resources to build this), then it most certainly will not be released this year.
