I don't like all these futuristic crap. Seriously, im so tired of it. Go back to modern age warfare, hell even world war 1 or 2 era. I know activision won't do that due to their target audience being 12 year old kids who want colorful shit all up in their faces with robots and mechs; none of them care about history smh.

This looks like Advanced Warfare 2 with the main character having robotic limbs. (2 robotic limbs instead of one for that matter) And I see that boost jumping is back, bummer, as well as the new jump slide thing mechanic from titanfall, even more of a bummer. Not to mention the graphics looks like a downgrade from AW dafuq? I thought they worked on this for 3 years?

Why did they kill chappie? He was a good guy/A.I.

Eh. All they did was show the one trailer right? Because it has wall jumping and crazy shit like that, and that's what makes me think of Advanced Warfare. Until I see detailed multiplayer footage, I have no interest in this.

how the fuck has this game burst onto my radar

customizable protag, XP based systems, zombies... it's the full deal here

Your point? Gore was a toggle option in WaW and BO1. It wasn't in any other post-COD4 game and it isn't in Battlefield. I don't like it. What the fuck is the big deal?
It's not a big deal. But you have to get why people consider this a silly concern. It's a shooter dude.

but there's many different sources that confirm that its not the same, its less flying all over the place, less chaotic MP games. if you dont believe that then you just gonna have t wait for MP trailer of E3

I can't believe there is finally going to be make-your-own camo and real weapon customization (appearance) in this. I've been asking for these for years. I'm hyped.

Someone compared it to Gun Smith in Ghost Recon Future Solider. You customize everything on the gun.

I still can't believe it took this long for make your own camo. Seems like a pretty obvious thing to implement to me. Better late than never though. :p

Sounding very good. I've said it once and I'll say it again, I hope they offer horde and an objective based zombies mode. Tranzit was novel, but didn't really last long.

It's not so much the graphics that disappoint but it's the animations. Everything looks so stilted and unnatural

Treyarch has intrigued me. I love how they are sticking with their 3 lanes and in frame map design philosophy. It just goes to show you that infinity ward and sledgehammer give zero fucks about designing good maps.

Wouldn't say zero ducks, just probably a case of can't/don't know how to make good maps.

IW is a shell of a studio that bought us MW/MW2 and SHG well, that's their first solo outing.

DriftOr talking about one of the special abilities for one of the classes in multiplayer.

One of them called
Glitch

You can rewind your "time" by 3 seconds or a certain distance.

It doesn't re-set health or ammo.

You literally glitch back in time, so you can escape a room before getting killed and then rush back in.

Glitch.

It sounds an interesting concept, my concern with all these different abilities/perks is balance.

Fingers crossed Treyarch nail it, because it really sounds like they are trying to break the COD mould a little.

Pretty evident Treyarch is still developing its own separate branch of the IW engine. I remember way back it was suggested the other studios don't really communicate with Treyarch at all.

People are comparing this to AW but this is really just going to be the sequel to BLOPS 2. Remember, this game had already been in development for two years when AW came out, so I imagine it's not incorporating much of what AW had.

I consider MW2 to be the game that started the downward trend though. Some maps were decent but it was the first that showed the major signs of deterioration but obviously MW3/Ghost/AW was when it went off the rails.

I just can't grasp how they don't know how though. Study the good maps. Have a philosophy like Treyarch does. It's not rocket science. Infinity Ward and others seem to be stuck in this MORE = BETTER mindset.

While I doubt this will happen I hope everything can be penetrated by bullets. I'm still at lost how your bullets can go throw a brick but cannot go throw a bush.

That actually doesn't sound that bad, on paper maybe but it would make camping basically pointless wouldn't it? People will just
rewind back in time
if they start getting shot at by some annoying prick in the corner of a room. Anything to help reduce camping is good news to me.

I imagine it works better than how I described it, Drift0r does have a good example he talks about.

These abilities can only be earned 2-3 times a match by the sounds of things so isn't something that can be spammed.

It doesn't sound all that bad, I just hope the game is balanced more than anything.

WTF...that had better be for singleplayer and not multi. That would be fucking stupid.

I'm sure there are limitations on this.

I can't think of a single limitation that would make that ok to be in MP.

I see it as self-res in Destiny. You can use it, but it doesn't truly give you an unfair advantage. Plus it'll likely be attached to kill streaks or something. The person that kills you will still get credit.

That'd be my guess. Hard to tell if they will even release on the Wii U.

I'm super torn on whether or not there *would* be a Wii U version.

On one hand:

- Treyarch is the home of the Wii port team/Wii U port team
- Activision still putting Skylanders out
- Activision putting Guitar Hero on the system (big surprise for me anyways)

On the other:

- AW didn't hit the system (which is pretty big)
- We don't even have confirmed PS360 versions

After listening to the whole part, I don't think it brings you back to life. You have to use it before you die...I think. lol

I really hope somebody asks about spawns, they're worse than ever in AW.

You can't really ask about spawns especially this early in development...what do you expect them to say? "Yeah, spawns are going to be pretty great in this game!" We are not going to know about spawns till we get our hands on the game.

Is it fully confirmed that there is no 360 or PS3 versions? Not even a spin off game?

No, there is no confirmation about anything. Anyone telling you otherwise is blowing shit out of proportion. What was stated was the Treyarch is working on the CURRENT GEN version. They said they didn't have anything to say about other versions, and that was a question for Activision. AKA there will obviously be other versions that will be ported by another studio.

Do people really not remember that Sledgehammer only worked on the current gen version of AW? Everyone is acting like Treyarch doing only current gen is some sort of revolution. Activision would be stupid not to capitalize on the few million copies of the game they would sell on other platforms.

Here was the news last year from a Gamespot article:

Activision has enlisted Transformers and Deadpool developer High Moon Studios to make the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, it was revealed in the latest issue of MCV, available today. Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey told the trade publication that working exclusively on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions has allowed the studio to pursue its ideas to the fullest--never having to worry about whether or not these concepts would work on last-generation systems.

tl:dr version: The game is going to be on every system it usually is on.

So they decided to finally take the Brink/Titanfall wallrun. Can't blame them I guess.

I guess if it's a lot more restrictive than Titanfall's, that's a decent differentiator. I'm pretty much constantly on a roof or wallrunning in Titanfall.
