Yeah, I have high hope (maybe too high)

Not everything will be shown on a conference. They may send a press release for smartphones games.

I don't really expect Dragon Quest 3DS to come, but I really want them. (Square Enix, can you hear me?)

The Square Enix CEO Matsuda said, they have plans how to make DQ in west a sucess.
Maybe a console announcement on E3 with a worldwide release to gain more attention from the west


But its still very unlikely

It was exclusive last generation. Now it doesnt make any sense to hold back all the games from Xbox players. Like you said, they have to introduce this games to the Xbox crowd. Its pointless to me to release KH3 on XboxOne if they wont release the old ones on XboxOne too.

But i expect this Ultimate Collection to appear at the Square Briefing. If its only PS4, not cool, but ive got a PS4 recently again, so i wont miss them. But would be still shit for Xbox only people.
I really hope Square has a heart xD

- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (first gameplay demonstration)
- Hitman Next (official announcement, trailer)
- Just Cause 3 (first gameplay demonstration)
- Dragon Quest Heroes (first English trailer, release date)
- Human Head Project for Shinra (confirmed)

The realistic possibilities:

- Kingdom Hearts: Ultimate Collection (PS4)
- Kingdom Hearts III (teaser ahead of D23 Expo Japan)
- Dragon Quest VIII for 3DS (localization announcement, since it's already localized in English)
- Mobius Final Fantasy (English release window)
- Triad Wars (not following that game, but something something something)

As for Rise of the Tomb Raider, that'll be at Microsoft press conference, since it's exclusive and they're publishing it. Bravely Second will probably be announced during the Nintendo Digital Event, given that Nintendo published the first and are likely publishing the second one.

I'd totally be down for a Dragon Quest XI announcement, but I don't see it happening at E3.

But aren't they doing the same with Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain??
Prior Games on Playstation Plattforms + Collections Ps3 exclusive

Maybe they don't see a financial benefit by bringing out an Xbox Collection (Those Type 0 Number speak for themself)

I for one am missing the leaks and the excitement and uncertainty they bring. I'm not watching e3 for surprises, I'm watching to see footage of games I'm anticipating.

I still think it was a mole, and an obvious one at that. Too much, too precise.
That or someone fairly high up that left in bad terms and didn't care about possible repercussions on their future employment (does that even exists nowadays?)

It built a huge amount of hype and good will at a period when the XB1 needed it badly. And they still had some surprises left (Phantom Dust). The most obvious was the blatantly fake hostility toward MS while revealing only (mostly) very positive things.

Haha yep same for me. If someone tells me now what games are 100% there, i will still be very excited to see footage from this games.
Was the same last year for me. Yes h2A leaked etc. But it was still exciting when they announced everything.

Yeah, Xbox One fans asks all the time for JRPG's, but when they come out the sales numbers are not impressive at all.

You'd need a miracle for things to change when they look this bleak, especially after Type-0's sales.

At this point, if I were an Xbone owner whose interested in Japanese games, I'd follow the example of Vita and Wii U owners. Set your expectations so low that you'll be happy for any form of support.

I really don't think we'll see Gran Turismo 7. It's way too early in the console cycle.

From Square Enix, I expect to see a little bit from Final Fantasy XV, Final Fantasy XII HD Remastered announced, the new Hitman, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Just Cause 3, Star Ocean 5, Dragon Quest X for PS4, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

I actually feel this is less likely. They've only recently released the games on Steam. I don't think they would want to detract from sales with a remastered collection. Final Fantasy XII seems more likely considering they've already done one Final Fantasy PS2 remaster.

I don't know if I'd call it sad, that's just how things go. If there's no market for those games, they don't tend to come out. Simple. Every fanbase has "suffered" from it in the past, some far more than others (I'm sure Nintendo fans would prefer shitty Japanese third party support to no third party support at all).

Anyway, I can think of one announcement Sony better make at E3. Increase the god damn cloud save space. I'm sick of getting 'Cannot upload' notifications.

Wouldn't be a good idea to do that prior to FFXV releasing.

They should release FFXV with the positive vibes coming off of FFXIV and XV itself instead of remind people about XIII (loved it personally but most others obviously dislike it).

I don't see Rise of the Tomb Raider being at squares since Microsoft is publishing it. It could have a short trailer I guess but nothing more than that. I think its safe to say we'll get a 10-15 minute demo at MS w/ Release Date then a short story trailer @ Square ?

That's what I always thought. He came along at a time when MS were desperate for some good news and drummed up a lot of support by leaking Halo 2 Anni, Scalebound, etc.

He's still employed by Ubi (I think he runs the Montpellier studio) but he's also one of the key people and/or founders of Wild Sheep Studio.

The problem is... They know what we consider big hits?

Final ****ing Fantasy vii-seven-7 HD port for PS4 isn't a good move.
