Is this one going to have an anti-dong algorithm?

They wanted a creative building MMO with a promise of zero penises seen.

Thanks, Andrew Vestal ‏@avestal https://twitter.com/avestal/status/605105534950207488 for linking to it.

Basically the guy is saying that dong-detection was so expensive it killed lego universe, so he supposes that it would be too costly for lego to ever make a game where you can build anything you wanted... yet here we are.

I'm honestly surprised it took this long for lego to copy minecraft. I mean, it should've been a no brainer before minecraft even released.

Is this the first major publisher using Early Access?

Definitely one of the first.

I like the approach. Yes, the publisher could bankroll it entirely without resorting to early access. The feedback from users and big external testing stages is what the Early Access is there for. It results in better games.

Graphically it looks really impressive compared to similar games like Minecraft. I'm interested to see what the gameplay is like.

They've smartly priced this as a budget title (very similar to Minecraft Beta).

I always assumed they didn't want to detract from the sales of their overpriced physical Lego sets by offering it digitally.

Just watched the trailer on the Steam store page.

Shit looks like the real deal. Building looks more 'editor-like', though, rather than an immersive, hammer-and-nail approach.

Holy crap, that's amazing. Must have cost a ton, too.

This looks more interesting to me that Minecraft even though I enjoyed it.

Hopefully it'll come to console upon release.. I love Lego's humor so I'd buy it.

As someone who has never really been into the minecraft thing outside of dicking around/blowing stuff up, I am 1000x more interested in this.

A proper City biome would be awesome.

Hmm, not sure the brick by brick building is implemented yet.
And figure customization is in the to do list.

Only thing keeping me from buying second-1.

Vied for a tag related to cocks, so here it is.
Woah well I may get this when I'm home from work depending on impressions

So how do you build / tear down bricks? Or doesn't it work like that?
