With how small those lego blocks look I wonder how taxing this game is on cpu, minecraft runs rather poorly on my machine but I blame the java runtime on that issue.

It does say full controller support on the Steam page.

I'd also like some confirmation though as I'm very close to buying this for the boy and I won't let him near my desktop PC. This will be streamed to the TV with a controller.

Basically the guy is saying that dong-detection was so expensive it killed lego universe, so he supposes that it would be too costly for lego to ever make a game where you can build anything you wanted... yet here we are.

Is there a creative only mode? How much liberty there is so you can build brick by brick anything you want. Like number of pieces and colors.

Yep brick by brick is in, soft and hard paint options are in, lots of vehicles to mess with and whenever you see something it unlocks for use it looks like.

The potential here, the potential. With the right budget and with how creative people can be. Treated with the care it needs, I could see the project being quite profitable for Lego (who said Theme Packs DLC ?)
