Seems like -Revelator- already making the jump BB made between CS to CP. They're not just adding characters, they're remixing stages and probably advancing the story. People are assuming GGXrd name would last as long GGXX did, which I think is a very realistic assumption.
Like clockwork. Really expected at this point.
I should just get this update once it's out in the US.
I don't think it's possible for Xrd name to last as long as XX since there was a lot of underlying factors that might have went into why they used XX for as long as they did like Sammy merging and then buying the GG from.
both CS > CS Extend CP > CP Extend added stages, characters, slightly changed system-wide mechanics, and side stories.
who's to say the new xrd isn't doing the same?

recently bought GG Xrd, hope its a dlc upgrade but doubting it is, anyways no regrets as long as their is a new story mode I'll get it.
I'm talking about their current way of doing things there hombre. Those examples are older than dirt.
Anyway. The game is getting released on Steam. These "not coming out for 2 years dur hurr hurr" jokes are just getting old.
oh agreed, but like someone else pointed out Xrd hit arcades on February 20, 2014 and didn't hit consoles until December 4/16th.
Also the location test was in August 2013 for Xrd, though that was when the engine and everything was being developed so we wont see that time gap again.
So if we go by this we actually might be waiting a decent chunk of time till this hits Consoles and potentially PC since they have to add story mode and everything into those versions (I really think this is the version that will come out on Steam)

FanTAStic! And that's quite a name, haha. Glad to see Johnny back in the game. I certainly expected him to be the next character after watching the story.
Can't wait to see who the new character is as well. I wonder if they'll include the character into the story somehow... It certainly would be cool if they kept expanding on the story mode in each console release, I enjoyed watching it. Also, I'm really hoping that they'll bring back...

Why would you think that when there is no evidence to support the assumption? They JUST released an update to Blazblue a month or two ago.
