So, Play Asia is stating that I'll have my package tomorrow morning.
Is that even possible? It's still in HK. Yeah, I did the highest shipping ($15) but I was expecting Monday or Tuesday.
I've never ordered from Play Asia, so I'm wondering for those that have: is the shipping really that fast?

Depends on where it's being shipped to. I'm on the east coast of the US, and the fastest shipping method (Which I always use with P-A, I've heard too many horror stories of economy packages either getting held up in customs or straight up disappearing en route) usually takes about a full day to come, barring any stock problems on P-A's side. My package is listed as "In transit", with the last location being Lantau Island HK, so going by past orders, by the time I wake up, it'll likely be at my local post office ready to ship to my apartment. If it's "In Transit" for you, you'll likely get it tomorrow.
Yeah, Hong Kong. Making an Asian account is exponentially easier because the process is done in english as opposed to Japanese for a JP account. (Most) of the Asian store is also in English, so navigating it should be easy when it comes time to redeem the code.

Another controller question! Sorry if this is dumb or if I'm missing something obvious.
I'm getting this on the PC, but I only have an Xbox 360 wireless controller. Will that be compatible with the game, or should I order an Xbox One controller?

You should order a PS4 Dualshock is what you do.
God trying to press Right Bumper as lock-on on the xbox one controller sounds like a fucking nightmare. If you do so want to stick with the an xbox controller, remap controls by swapping bumper and trigger functions.
The 360 controller should work fine, but DMC works best with a dualshock.

Got all the achievements points in DMC4 with that 360 controller. Now I'm comfortable with that than with a Dualshock

Seriously, those summoned swords are hella useful. Keeping 'em tagged so you can quickly teleport at a moment's notice is so good.
And I can't express enough how much I love the visible screen shake that goes on when Vergil's doing rapid fire stingers all over the place in DT mode.
Fuck, Tuesday can't come soon enough.

It's totally Vergil's DT. Cape like wings+Squared Head. Nero's DT has no cape like appendages and has a very sharp pointy head piece with sharp pointy shoulders.

Stop looking for connections that aren't there. If they wanted to confirm Vergil was related to Nero this was the time and they would have done it in an obvious way. They chose to never even hint at it. None of Vergil's dialog, nothing he does or says has an indication of him knocking up some girl in Fortuna. It's still possible because anything is possible when it comes to the DMC story but there is absolutely nothing in this game that points to that fact. Wait for DMC5.

So does the PS4 version run better than vanilla DMC4 PS3? If the answer is yes, I'm in Day 1.

By all accounts, yes. Particularly in the forest areas, where the framerate might take a slight hit and the shadows were hideous, the Special Edition seems to run flawlessly.
We'll have more information in the next few days, but so far there haven't really been any hiccups with people streaming or uploading videos of the game.

but the sharpy pointy things are present in the the shadow, still the random chick noticing Vergil is there for a reason, also this wasn't the time to confirm anything. This is a special edition and it barely holds any new story content especially when Nero's origin can further be explored in future DMC titles
First of all you probably should go back and look at that silhouette again. It does have those sharp point head things that you are talking about.
Secondly, it's already confirmed in the DMC 3142 artbook that Nero is in fact Vergil's son. It's written under Nero's bio.
The hints of Nero being Vergil's son were all over in DMC4 as well. Vergil popping up in Fortuna around the same time that Nero was supposed to have been born is no coincidence. Then of course Nero inexplicably has the blood of Sparda in him and his essence reacts perfectly to Yamato's sword transferring Vergil's powers into him.
You can wait for DMC5 all you want but it's all right there staring at us in the face. The reason why they haven't just outright confirmed it is because it's going to be a big reveal in DMC5 most probably where Nero and Vergil meet for an Empire's Strike Back "I am your father moment".
