I saw Linkin Park once. I felt Numb.

I haven't been to many concerts, but off the top of my head: Linkin Park, Coldplay, U2, Rancid, Rise Against.

I haven't seen many concerts...off the top of my head I have seen these groups/bands/singers/whatever:

Kanye, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Mumford & Sons, The Postal Service, Stone Temple Pilots, Journey, Linkin Park..

That's more than me. I've seen New Kids in the Block, Oasis, Pearl Jam, U2, Bush, No Doubt and some one I'm forgetting. New Kids and U2 I've seen more than once.

Concerts? I haven't been to many in recent years, but I have seen: Weezer twice, The Mars Volta twice, Mastodon, The Eagles, and Barenaked Ladies.

Nas
Kanye
Jay-Z
Kendrick Lamar
Mos Def
Coldplay
Calvin Harris
The Weeknd
Steve Angelo
Avicii
Cosmic Gate
Mumford and Sons
Florence and the Machine
Jaime XX
Justin Timberlake
Our Lady Peace

And more I can't think of right now. Hoping to see the Roots do their free show in Toronto in a week or two and kind of tempted to catch Drake at OVOfest.

Smack, the Barenaked Ladies were awesome. Do not be ashamed. Wish I'd seen them live

I've seen Radiohead twice, Morrissey, Tom Petty, AC/DC, Rush, Johnny Marr, Super Furry Animals, Hawksley Workman, Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Ryan Adams, Oasis, The Guess Who, The Rolling Stones, George Carlin (I'm counting it), Bloc Party, Guns And Roses,
and Dave Matthews Band four times. Don't judge. I learned guitar in the 90s.
Damn... big bands there.

I've only been to three concerts in my life.

Shania Twain in 1998. I was almost 5 at the time.

Ke$ha in 2011.

Ke$ha in 2013.

Yup.

Ima pray for you.

Been to more than I remember but I did get to see the Beastie Boys in 2004, Avenged Sevenfold was awesome when I went to the Warped tour in Miami. Atlanta used to have something good with Music Midtown but they've been falling off lately.

Red is my spirit animal. I wish I could see any of those acts.

I saw Coldplay during their Viva la Vida Tour in Toronto, and it was one hell of a show.

That's when I saw them too, I was really surprised by how well the put on a show. It was a real experience.

They still do a great show! Just miss Steven Page sometimes. Every time I've taken someone they were impressed with how fun the show is.

I want to see Pearl Jam someday.

Pearl Jam was great. I saw U2 on the Saturday and Eddie Vedder came out and performed with U2. I saw Pearl Jam two days later and Bono came out and sang Keep on Rockin' in the Free World with Pearl Jam as the final song with the lights all up. Two of my favourite concerts ever.

I opened for the Black Eyed Peas, Bedouin Sound Clash, Big Wreck, and Down With Webster, but I'm too self conscious to stick around after shows so I booked it out of there. Saw Big Wreck sound check.

Page was the band, in my mind. Though I realize that's not fair to say. I'm sure they still put on a fun show, but you can't replace his voice or coke-induced creativity

And yeah, I've had a few opportunities to see Pearl Jam but have always passed for one reason or another. Vedder will probably perform into his 80s which makes me procrastinate. Should really get on that

Lost count of all the concerts I went to when I first moved to Toronto for the first few years. Few stick out, think my fav had been seeing Steve Vai at Massey Hall. Just perfection. edit: Thanks for the reminder Calamari, seeing Iron Maiden perform Phantom of The Opera was incredible too.

Haven't been to any in so long, maybe I'll break that trend and see something this summer sometime, or at least Blind Guardian in October.

Been to a trillion concerts, but the best by far was Iron Maiden at The Forum during their Somewhere Back In Time tour during the spring of aught eight.

Not many big bands come through here(most just do van/victoria) and I pretty much only like metal/electronica so mostly just local scene stuff. Would have loved to see tool but they were too expensive and sold out in like an hr. Cannibal Corpse cancelled months before they were supposed to play.

Oh I got random free tickets to see 54/40. They were alright. Seen excision a few times. No one really big though.

I'm downloading build 10240. I read that that's RTM and what everyone's basically getting (with a different build number) on the 29th.

I'm on the insider fast ring and that's basically what we've had for two weeks now. It's obviously not perfect yet, but it's got that '8 reigned in' feel like 7 had a 'vista reigned in' feel.

For the record I thought Vista and 8 were fine operating systems.

Same here. I never had issues with Vista and 8 is great, and 8.1 is even better.

So, if I install this now, it's an official Windows copy, right? It'll update to match the wide release versions?

I only live *near* Duncan.

An important distinction for those who know Duncan.

So you're not quite drunken Duncan, just drunken?

And speaking of concerts, I've been to:

GZA
Raekwon
Ghostface Killah
Deftones
Alice in Chains
Pretty Lights
and ugh, Three Days Grace. But in my defense it was during my Heretic simp phase, and my friend at time really liked shitty emo bands. You figure a girl in her early 20's would've outgrown that kinda shit.

10 runs pretty great on my Surface. It will nice when they roll out Cortana in Canada. In the mean time I will have my region set to US.

Jose Reyes is one of my favourite players from his time with the Mets. It was pretty cool for me to see him play for the Jays, despite the injuries.

I thought Reyes got too much shit for his errors. He still seemed like a decent defender overall.

But cmon, guy asked out of a game to win the batting title >_>, that's not a good Canadian kid

I was listening to Sportsnet 590 and they were actually defending a Toronto athlete. It was surprising.

They were defending Jose Reyes against criticism about his work ethic and general compete level. The show dedicated a good 15 minutes to pumping his tires.
