New Game Plus is considered "free DLC" these days?
That's actually kind of sad.

Every developer should take after CD Project Red
That'll be the 16th free "DLC".
Free is nice and I'm thankful, but why call it DLC? Why not just patch it in for everybody?
Because it's part of their evil marketing ploy that gives everyone free quests and skins in order to gain positive attention. Horrible, I know.

I'm not embarrassing myself in the slightest.
The game time counter is broken.
That's not inaccurate for me though, albeit lots of AFK.
Yeah you do.I'm not embarrassing myself in the slightest.
I'm certainly glad I never fell for this "free DLC" campaign of theirs.

I never see new game + in western RPGs, it's seems like JRPGs only do that stuff.
I'm using that pic on my interest page, thank you."Who would want NG+ in TW3?"
ME.
JRPGs kinda invented the concept of ng+, specifically Chrono Trigger.Really? I feel like it's a strictly Western thing that JRPGs never do
It's kind of silly, in retrospect.

Some of you... Is NG+ some expected feature now? Vast majority of game don't have it
Really? I feel like it's a strictly Western thing that JRPGs never do
I'm happy that they're including NG+ but I have to say I'm not at all impressed with the free DLC so far. It appears to me as if it's just content they removed from the game so that they could keep a promise and actually charge for what WAS going to be free DLC. It really is telling when you come across a door that you couldn't open or a village with no NPCs and 'suddenly' we have DLC for that.
I'm certainly glad I never fell for this "free DLC" campaign of theirs.
People praising New Game Plus free DLC
What has this industry become
What is there to "fall for"? They said before the game was out that the free DLC additions were going to be small things and the big expansions would cost money.
Where the Cat and Wolf Play.
They say it's about quality, not quantity. Today, CD Projekt RED gives us one of the biggest pieces of DLC yet.
It's a new quest titled Where The Cat and Wolf Play - in which you'll explore a forgotten village and discover its terrifying secret. Find out who or what slaughtered its inhabitants and use all your witcher skills to confront this mysterious force.
I'm sorry, I have no idea what your point is.
Should they not have taken the time to do a new game plus? Because they didn't have to.
Or is your point that it should have released with the game? If that's your point, I would ask, what has the consumer become? The game already had dozens and dozens of hours worth of content! I'd say compared to what you get for 60 bucks From other developers/publishers, CDPR is nailing it.
