That makes sense since these deals take time. And it would be way too much fumbling if it was monthly.
Makes more sense. The voting being exclusive to PS+ members is the right way to try and prevent trolls. I'm more in favour of it now.

It's a great idea for Sony, most people won't be bitching at them for including "dumb indies" or games they don't want to play. It just sucks for us who don't want to deal with crappy games that will end up winning.
A large contingency of people will still bitch about the options given (just read the comments), and then they will skew the polls for the people with a semblance of taste.
I don't see how this was a good idea.

We will see how it plays out. If it doesn't pan out well, they can always go back to the guessing game for all 6.
At least it seems based on the videos (and knowing Grow Home) that the first set of options are all good games with potential, so I suppose there's only so much "damage" that can be done if Sony stays smart with the choices offered.

For Sony to be able to include these games in the vote, an agreement must be in place already between both parties as to what Sony will pay, etc, in the event that any of the three titles wins. Sony need to be prepared for any outcome.
If this contract already exists, then, I would be very surprised if the "losers" of the vote aren't available through PlayStation Plus a few months down the line.

I've got a better idea, have a choice where you can have the "communities choice" in place of one of the normal games each month. That way I don't have to suffer with Knack because most of you morons are jumping on a shitty meme.

In all seriousness, Knack really isn't that bad of a game. It's THE game that can benefit the most from being on Plus.

With PS Plus, I noticed that at least on PS4, it'll be one good indie game, then this really crappy/obscure indie game.
I hope this new system just lets us vote on the crappy/obscure indie game.
