Zombie Vikings
As long as the games aren’t just indies
To be clear, Vote to Play will not be a monthly feature, but will take place at regular intervals throughout the year.

The comment section proves why this is a horrible idea.Confirmed, sort of, by Sony.

The vote will be exclusive to Plus members, hopefully that'll limit shitvoters.

It's a great idea for Sony, most people won't be bitching at them for including "dumb indies" or games they don't want to play. It just sucks for us who don't want to deal with crappy games that will end up winning.
A large contingency of people will still bitch about the options given (just read the comments), and then they will skew the polls for the people with a semblance of taste.
I don't see how this was a good idea.
Agreed.
We will see how it plays out. If it doesn't pan out well, they can always go back to the guessing game for all 6.
Haha I've finally made it! ;-)
Vote for even more crappy indie games? Seriously....I dident buy a $300 next gen console to play old ps3 games and 2d pixel games from the early 90s.
Lets post more PS Blog comments. This is fun!
I like to live dangerously. You should quote that so no one thinks it is yours, lol.
I've got a better idea, have a choice where you can have the "communities choice" in place of one of the normal games each month. That way I don't have to suffer with Knack because most of you morons are jumping on a shitty meme.

I lol'd at big man games.my favorite blog post:
"Personally I would like to see some of the big name games that are on the PlayStation Store added to lineup. ei: drive club, assassins creed unity, call of duty: advanced warfare, battlefield 4. Not everybody is a fan of indie games you need to appease those people as well I save each month for each console there should be two big man games people can download and two nd games that way its fair for everybody!"
----
Yep, 4 games per console, because in order to be fair to everybody there needs to be 2 AAA games since us jokers get 2 indie games we love.

Inb4 no Japanese game ever wins a single vote.
ugh this sucks. I can't think of a worse idea

Hey PlayStation Nation as you all know, we love to hear your feedback and work to bring those asks, demands and needs to life wherever possible. With that in mind, Im thrilled to announce a new PlayStation Plus promotion that literally puts the choice in your hands Vote to Play. This promotion enables PlayStation Plus members to vote on one of several PlayStation 4 games for the upcoming months Instant Game Collection.
Incorrect. This is a choice between predetermined titles. People can't vote for whatever they want.
Sigh...
This has no benefit for anyone. It will not stop the bitching, only make it worse.
So which one of those is least bad? Grow Home?
Great thing about this selection: they are all damn good choices. So which one of those is least bad? Grow Home?

I love this idea. When it does right, it will generate interesting discussions among gamers and bring a social media buzz even more.
And ... We should embrace the "indie games are shit" posters a lot more... LOL
