I've been trying to get the Pocket Infinity and Super Good Advice bounties to pop since launch. I've had 10,000 Thorn, Bad Juju and Invective bounties, but never those two. Finally I got both this week. Crazy how that works.

I had that problem and finally got the other two from Saladin. It was joyous.

I wouldn't worry about it. the gun is getting a nerf so you'll only get to use the overpowered version until 2.0 which is only a few weeks away at this point.

if you do want it though get to lv 20 and get some people to help you run the Weekly. that will net you 9 Strange coins.

Ya, I have a feeling I'll be able to get to 20 today after work. I might not have all the information, but if Xur resets next Friday, and weeklies reset every Tuesday, I just need to complete the hardest weekly sometime this weekend and another after the reset to get enough coins for it. All of this assuming I can get some people to help, but I feel confident I can from fellow GAFfers or other friends. We'll see. :-D

Well, 4 PoE later (two of them that only gave me Mote of Light) I have my Ghorn.

Now I need a legendary that is any good to play so I can level this up. But grinding for legendaries so close to TTK just isn't no fun. I guess I'll be a little handicapped until then unless one of the Vanguard ones is good enough.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but xur leaves in the wee hours of Sunday morning. You would need to grind a second toon.

thats part of it.

step one: do your bounties. your goal with bounties at this point is to raise your vanguard and/or crucible rank to at least 2.
step two: do strikes from the strike playlist appropriate for your level. youll get gear to raise your light level, you'll also get marks
step three: use your earned marks to buy legendary gear from the vendors. you'll be at 32 in no time.
