My diet is pretty shitty. Ended up going near 250 pounds! Would probably be worse if I hadn't already majorly cut soda from my diet.

Amazingly my doc says that even for my weight/height (I'm 5'10) I'm very healthy. Even have good blood pressure too. Honestly the only thing that scares me regarding my health is that cancer runs in both sides of my family. Only had one scare a few years ago and it turned out to be nothing, thank goodness.

Without a doubt the biggest hurdle people don't realize is there is bad education about how to lose weight. Like those motherfuckers with a bigass fruit smoothie posting #cleaneating can go get fucked. That shit ain't clean.

etc etc. so much is vomited out without anything backing it, or at worse, FB "studies"

Maybe when I'm done moving next month. All it is is my diet, and that's easy enough to change. I tens to do enough walking during the day since I'm in retail, and I eat carne asada fries for lunch on full shifts. Obv those would be the first thing to go lol

I can't even put a diet together, whenever I try I just end up hungry all the time and I give up

If by "the boy" you mean yourself and "first day of high school" meaning "now" you should go do it.

I don't eat much each day (usually only two meals), and when I do, its something unhealthy usually. The healthy stuff is expensive...and tends to get eaten by my family. =|

You may want to look into Intermittent Fasting - basically give yourself a six hour window (some people do 8, I have better results with 6) where you get ALL your calories and nutrition within that window. It's a lot tougher, in one sitting (or two bookending the window) to get all your calories at once, which keeps you from snacking throughout the day.

Anyway hit up Fit-GAF sometime. We're more than happy to point out troublesome spots based on your goals.

I've done MyFitnessPal for 140 days straight now. Not really with a goal, except to not ignore. I feel it helps my eating somewhat, but I go over on calories pretty regularly.

I should probably exercise more, really. So lazy, though.
