It's probably not as straightforward as we think it is. We have a tendency to have inflated expectations about real-time graphics.
Likewise I don't expect miracles for the PC version, but I do expect improvements regarding AO, shadows, LOD, draw distances, perhaps textures and various post-processing effects (DOF), maybe more tessellation, TressFX not solely used for hair but also for fur : TressFX 3.0 can do that :
Should be good. Considering the PC version will most likely release 5 months after the Xbone it should be packed with visual improvements to make up for the delay.
AMD will most certainly be the hardware partner.
