Thanks a lot. For the bike, effectively, thanks to the power of PBR and lighting, metal looks like metal, plastic looks like plastic, rubber looks like rubber and canvas looks like canvas...
The expression of material is fantastic in that game.

Uncharted obviously looks good, a big improvement over the originals but I have to admit that most of the pictures here only emphasize how much better games are looking today.

Even when we are comparing the remasters and not the originals (than the gap would be ever bigger), seriously, even indie games like Rapture and Ethan Carter show a significant gap when compared, I remember that people used to say that they can't see any difference between previous gen and current, I really think it's absurd when even very linear and beautifully remastered games of some of the best looking games on PS3 looks pretty dated compared to most current gen games.

I feel exactly the same, it's the expression of materials which is more accurate in new gen because of the PBR. It makes all of the difference, and it widens the gap between oldgen and newgen remarkably.
PBR has killed oldgen graphics for me...
I think PBR and SSS are The main tech features of this Gen, simple.

Star Wars looks insane.

I would rather have it at 30fps with motion blur though, come at me.

(actually, most games in these pages look incredible. E'sGTTR, Batman, Driveclub...even as remarkable as a remake as it is, Uncharted shows its roots and further demonstrates the generational leap is legit)

Go to the options via sharebutton (iirc press it long) and go to the settings. You can activate it there.

I'd like to add that this is also where you can deactivate the auto screenshot for trophies. A feature I found really annoying.

Love the use of POM here. As a whole the game looks amazing, though the IQ could use some improvements.

Also, I'm almost convinced that those saying Battlefront looks like BF4 need a optical check up. It looks simply phenomenal, especially the lighting and runs at 60FPS, albeit at 900p. But that's no reason that a game can't look amazing.

I mean why these pictures are not in 1080*1920 pixels.
It's 900p on PS4 and the screenshots are in 1080*1920. We can't see how good (or bad) the game looks if the pictures are resized.

If someone's system is set at 1280x720, doesn't that put the captures at the same res?
