btw I have to say, i got a huge laugh out of seeing someone in like the second MP match I played write "EASY" at the end of a match.
It's now a thing that happens basically every match. I can't believe these stereotypes are true XD

Is anyone else getting major problems in trying to join a game in co op? Or join a friends lobby, I should say. Port forwarding is done via router settings but NAT still shows as Moderate, I restart the game or PS4 and sometimes it works but not always...

I could not even finish the first level, absolutely fucking awfull everything.
Zombies is still good fun, but I'm not keen on the initial map
and the fact the characters never ever shut up.
Not played MP does not interest me.
In short, is it worthy of all those 9s in the reviews? Jesus christ no I'd say 7 or 8 at a push.
Try joining through party chat we was doing that last night and it worked fine, joining through ingame is fucked.

Does local play unlock nightmare mode in campaign? I had to start offline and my progress does not show in online campaign mode.
Tried to get Zombies going on PS4 but the game either doesn't start or it ends straight away anyone else struggling to get a game going?
Played a bit of multiplayer today I suck but its good fun. Campaign is alright. Overall a great value package once the servers can take the strain.

Just turned the game back on from stand by (PS4). Had a black screen, so restarted the app. Was notified servers are unavailable. Was playing campaign, so just skipped that.
Turns out the game has lost all of my progress.

It's broken. Finding a match in any mode is hard despite there 50+ matches available. Server disconnects for no reason on occasion. Lag in good connection matches. Both in zombies and multiplayer. Pathetic after Advanced Warfare ran better, looked better, and you know, actually worked. Helps it had a campaign too, but that's not here nor there. Patch this shit Beenox.

Holy shit, is anyone else experiencing ridiculous lag? I played for several hours yesterday and had no issues whatsoever. I played in the same lobby all the time and it worked well. I play today and I've tried four different lobbies and the game is lagging like crazy in every game. It's literally unplayable. My connection is stable and working well, and I turned off the wifi on my other devices. This kind of lag should be unacceptable in 2015. I never experienced any lag whatsoever in my 300 hours of BF3. Playing BLOPS3 on PS4.

Relax, it's only the first few days. I'm sure they're working hard to fix it. At least we can play the game, unlike some other online games at launch.

How is the general matchmaking and networking experience for X1 or PC? Have they gone with dedicated servers for zombies or normal MP this time?
Well I'm not asking for the thread to be closed, I just couldn't understand where the "great thread title" comments were coming from. Genuinely I thought I missed something.
Take the Halo 5 thread title. "The Trials of Osiris" is a thing in Destiny, made by Bungie, the makers of Halo. Osiris is also the name of the team that are the main focus of Halo 5, and so the games events could be considered the trials of (Team) Osiris. So it works on those two levels. But, in this case, No Country for Old Men has no connection to Call of Duty, so it isn't a pun, it's just saying something that rhymes with 'No Country for Old Men'.

Nope, that is a bit annoying.
It's normal, it's called fatigue, give series a break for some time and came back later, it usually works but it won't be the same as before of course.

You will leave off where you were when the servers come back up, I had the same issue. Don't start a local campaign, I'm not sure if you will lose the progress of you do.

I agree with him, House of CoDs was a better pun, as it had relevancy to the subject matter. No Country for Old Men has nothing to do with Black ops 3.

Alright so the hype got to me and I ended up getting the game.
First things first; right off the bat, the campaign is god awful. It is so underwhelmingly bad and cringeworthy; with unlikeable and forgettable main characters.
I expected more, coming from treyarch.
Multiplayer on the other hand is good-to decent. Will certinaly keep me interested in playing till battlefront comes along. Although, I wished that they completely threw away the jet pack/double jumps and stuck with the OG COD maneuverability. Time to kill is still quick and easy, which was expected
Now for zombies; Shadows of Evil has got some great lead characters. All of them are genuinly pretty funny...but my god the map is so difficult now. It's definitely the hardest in the series imo. I'm not saying that it is a bad thing, because I like a challenge. I would've prefered to have "the Giant" as the main zombie mode as oppose to this; but activision was being activision and wanted us to pay for the season pass. Yuck.
These are just my first impressions of the game.
