I have no idea what **ANY** of the mechanics in Zombies are.

Gumballs, why I should buy them, why should I unlock gates, what the point of the Beast mode is and when can I use it, where weapons are and how buying them works, how revives work, how to "progress" in the mode... Anything!

Play and you will learn.

yeah I was just like that when I played it for the first time, except for the gumballs part, those are perks, you can set them up before you start.

Oh my god something just clicked for me with this game. Maybe it's because it's the first CoD that I've worn a headset but I'm playing smart and slightly cautious and it's resulting in some great scores.

X-2 is so good, I haven't even played with anything else since I unlocked it.

Anyone else lagging on ps4? Sometimes the guns aren't making noises and other times the sound is delayed from when it actually shoots

Thought you meant the new mechanics that came with BO3, but not all of them. :D

Weapons are scattered throughout the map. They are hanging on the walls. Just walk up and buy them.

For revives just walk up to the dude that is down and press the button it shows.
To progress just open the gates and kill the zombies.

Don't know what exactly gums are either yet.

Beast mode just turns you into a powerful tentacle monster.

There's a lot of missions that just dragged on far too long. I was praying for that Coalescence chime to sound far too many times.

Just to make it worse, I was merrily ploughing through the mission after and the campaign crapped out because I lost connection to the sever. If I'm playing solo campaign there is absolutely no reason that should ever happen.

Just got kicked out of the finale to a singleplayer campaign mission because the online connection to the COD servers went down.

What kind of bullshit is this?

Beast mode is used for turning on power and opening doors with chains on them.

Seriously, why does a solo playthrough of the campaign require a persistent online connection? Why would I get kicked back to the menu and lose my progress when that connection goes down?

Did they ever mention this kind of requirement beforehand?

While I do think it's bullshit. I did noticed in MP there are unlocks tied to playing SP... I wonder if that's why there is a connection...

Then again did Battlefield 4 have that issue? It had a gun you only unlocked in MP after getting one of the endings. If you were offline, did you not get the gun?

No they didn't and it sucks. I was trying to play the campaign offline earlier and I couldn't.

because you also win xp in the campaign and unlock shit and it needs to ping the server for that. it is dumb though

Thought it was just my connecting being bad, looks like others are having problems too though. Guess I'll keep trying to reconnect.

Nvm just got back on. Weird. Also annoying because I had spent about twenty minutes creating an emblem and now that's all gone.

Please tell me I'm not the only one on a huge learning curve with new movements and maps? Played 4 MP games and I get slaughtered. 😢

yeah, I'm having trouble with it even coming off lots of AW given how different the movement is from that even + learning new maps. getting better though.

Were you in "local" or "online" mode?. I remember seeing some message on the front end saying that the saves are different for each mode (you switch between local and online on the front end, but every mode is accessible in each one, so it may be kinda confusing). For example, right now it says the servers are down and I can't go online, but I've been playing in "local" mode just fine.

Yes. Don't play Kill Confirmed either as that's lag, corner camping city. I don't think I've ever been in a lag-free game yet.

Gum balls - time based perks

Beast Mode - destroys zombies quickly but you can't always use it

Weapons are on the wall (look for chalk outlines)and in the mystery box

Revives work the way you think, stand over the body and revive the person

Perk a Cola machines - juggernaug is the first cola you should buy, allows you to get hit 4 times

Where would I see this? The only options I've seen that sound related to that are in the social menu at game start where you can set your party to open or closed.
