I'm a sucker for steelbooks.
I don't have a PS4 yet but I couldn't resist the steelbooks for TLOU and UC remasters.
Back when TLOUR was released I sold my Ellie Edition which covered most of the cost and now I waited for a good deal on a used copy of the UC special edition to grab it.
UC4 will also have a nice steelbook so I guess I just want to have all that ND goodness sitting on my shelf in those beautiful boxes lol.
I still don't know when I'm getting a PS4, I'm hoping for some good BF deals which would allow me to get into UC4's beta but money's too tight.

Paid delivery yeah. By the time I got to it, only paid delivery worked for some reason.
Would make sense, free delivery probably has it sit around the warehouse slightly longer so the first class items went out first thing.

Buying this. Missed it last week and then they put it up to £25 after a couple of days. That's my Christmas present from the wife sorted.
Game sold them for one penny a piece due to a pricing error. Some orders were cancelled, some, as we can see now, seem to have gone through.

Happy that some people actually got their 1p copies of Blazblue, was expecting them all to be cancelled. Mine still doesn't show as cancelled but it didn't arrive today.

They have used an AMD processor, I would always recommend Intel. Couldnt really advise you on the overall value proposition. (Also in my opinion the case is HORRIBLE!)
If you are price concious then I would recommend building one yourself. You will save money and also (crucially) you will be comfortable with upgrading parts (e.g graphics cards, extra hard drives etc) as and when you need them.
I would recommend OCUK, they sell individual components and also pre-built PC's as above. They also have a very active and helpful forum, if you were to post on the forum with your budget and requirement/ expectations, then forum members will be able to suggest which components to go for. I believe that they will be running some black friday sales.
