May look dumb, but it also looks very easy to put on.

-Helmet seems universal one-size-fits-all
-Overall body armor is attached by velcro. Everything looks like it gets tightened by velcro. So also probably a universal one-size-fits-all

It's probably designed for super fast rapid deployment or even kept in cruisers so when it is needed it's easy to gear up.

I would assume it's to fit headphone style comms and other stuff? Don't know the correct term, but you get the idea.

this looks incredibly stiupid but makes sense.
its the new riotgear, so i isnt ment for bullets or the likes.
the earflap is ment to deflect the force of an impact but won't stop your hearing and the clothes are highly fireresistant.

lets see how they react if they get called lord helmchen.
