Not really bothered by the fact that a black character is voiced by a white woman, since that sort of practice often occurs when only an actor's voice is required and their appearance isn't seen (Kratos anyone?). More annoyed by the fact that this game has another highly ubiquitous actor who is seemingly in everything these days. I'm playing through Tales from the Borderlands right now and guess which trifecta of popular video game actors are starring in it!

But I am more impressed how good the environment looks than the characters in this, because we already knew how good they looked since E3. If the environment wouldn't be close to the level of the characters it would be really off-putting.

Whats off putting right now is the lip syncing. The models look near photo realistic but the voices dont match the lip movements. The uncanny effect is bigger.

I just hope this is something they can iron out because everything looks super polished and amazing except that.

Edit: TLOU lip movement looked very organic because they had stylized the characters a bit (much like uncharted 1/2/3) with bigger expressive eyes and such. U4 seems to follow realistic proportions, going for a photo real look.

Last year we caught snippets of The Order and Until Dawn at The Game Awards, and then a couple of days later we saw those snippets broaden into gameplay demonstrations at PSX. So it seems likely to me we'll see extended footage.
