As people pointed out, Ali got plenty of shit. MMA-wise, Anderson Silva got plenty of shit for his disrespectful antics in the ring and tons of ridicule for his loss against Weidman while clowning around.
Kanye doesn't take punches to the face for a living. Her jaw will be prone to breaking in the future. I think it's similar to how you see this with fighters having trouble with one eye always getting easily injured, or breaking the same hand over and over.

This should of been the first post.
I think for main stream fans that basically just tuned in for the odd big fight she was a hero. The people that are really into the sport not so much. I was not impressed with her and took a lot of heat for it. After she knocked Correia, I had to eat crow, I still didn't think she was as good as the hype but she was destroying everyone and you couldn't argue with her record. In the Holm fight I was super nervous but fucking elated to watch her get knocked the fuck out. She was like watching Silva, he often looked beatable but for the longest time he could not be beat, then it all ended.
