A Man can't play Xenoblade X even for a moment, without you folks turboing someone, huh.

I do feel, that Zipped is pretty suspicious (I have discussed about this on my earlier posts), but I won't be voting him right now, to make sure there won't be a sudden turbo.

When I come up insomniac, I hope you all feel sorry for wasting today and killing a townie

Look, a pity party is last thing you are needing.

How about giving us some more insight? Who do you think your biggest Scum candidates are right now, who do you are think are most likely town? This information could help later, especially if you are town.

I want to know why you didn't just explain the time limit part of your role outright. Coming up with a cover story makes no sense.

I have no further defense, I originally didn't post that second half because it sounds ridiculous (look how many votes I got after posting it).

My role is what it is, there will be no last minute bull shit or anything, either kill me today or leave me for scum to kill. Personally I think we should vote for someone else because I know I'm town. I could have played my role differently, but with the limitation I had, and nothing really to go on after two days (it would be different if a bunch of people had done stuff/visited with me)I felt that it was fine to keep on going with my role.

Maybe I should have just went ordinary and stayed on the game... But I felt at least looking out for sleepwalkers would be useful.

I've given my scum reads (Xamtheking for ridiculously anti-town behavior, rats off to you for bandwagonning, and boo boo'n for just bad vibes), King kitty and flux are on my radar.

I'll keep my vote where it is. It feels like Zipped is all on his own. If he is a wolf then his teammates are bussing him hard. And if he really was scum, why did he open up the day with that roleclaim anyway? It unnecessarily brought lots of attention on him that he probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

Will you vote him if Batsnacks does?

Nope, nope, nope.

It sounds so much more ridiculous once you added that little condition to your role after the fact. If you had stated it initially, even I would have thought, "Oh, so that's why he's claiming now, and at the start of the day."

You didn't mention that and made it seem like you were claiming out of nowhere for no reason. Then, when people called you out on it, it's like you invented a crazy reason as to why you claimed when you did, which is more ridiculous. Plus, it's one that doesn't have a command associated with it, which seems abnormal.

You could have kept silent and avoided ALL of this. Instead, you role claimed by making the apparently "fake" reason that you didn't want to get shot by a Vig. and that you saw your role as no longer being useful, and then you went back on what you yourself said by stating a new reason for why you claimed and saying "power > no power."

If you're telling the truth and you get lynched, it's all on you. I have no idea what you're doing, and I have no idea why Town should trust you after all this. You were hesitant on saying that you weren't visited by the sleepwalkers for apparently no reason, wasting people's time asking "permission" from the sleepwalkers as if their permission even mattered.

It's nonsense. Either your role is nonsense, your alignment is nonsense, your logic is nonsense, or any combination of the three.

I've not sure how I could have played my role differently, I think it would have been worse if I had fully paraphrased at the beginning of the day.

I may have misplayed my role, but when only one person hits in two days I felt like maybe the day three role reveal would work to generate interest and maybe take some heat off any other town power roles.

You could have let your role sunset if you thought you were going to look bad. Alternatively, you could have just been straight with us. I really don't see how you thought your original excuse was more plausible. Concealing the deadline makes no sense.

Also wanted to add that if Zipped does indeed flip Village, then I'll be looking hard at those who immediately flocked to voting him without questioning the claim, especially those who weren't suspicious of him before his claim. I've said it before: Scum loves to magnify townie mistakes, that's how they are obliged to play in order to win the game.

Like your BFF batsnacks, right?

Seeing as Zipped is fairly close to the majority threshold, I feel like I should address the deputy thing now, on the chance that he gets a majority whilst I'm asleep and it ends up being left to RNG.

So the options I see are:

Give it to someone I trust as town. Right now I trust Burbeting, but I'd also be open to giving it to Batsnacks after his role claim, or if people want to nominate someone else.

Give it to Zipped as Flux suggested, so that it dies with him. This is risky this far from the deadline, seeing as there's always the chance of a vote swing. If I did this, I'd also want to throw down my double vote on him too, to reduce those odds, but I'm reluctant to do that since I see no benefit in ending the day faster.

I'll check back in an hour before I go to sleep, and go with whatever the consensus seems to be.

If you give it to Zipped, and he dies, it just goes to someone else randomly, doesn't it? That seems like it would be the same thing as not even bothering to name anyone at all.

Does it? I don't think we ever got a statement like that from Palmer, and we all assumed it would just die with the dead for that day. Like, if a deputy was night killed, it wouldn't be randomly assigned to someone else for the next day.

I guess so. But then what if the sheriff gets night killed without a deputy? Or, I guess in a game with this many night kills, they could theoretically both be killed, too.

I'm sick of today and don't want to delay.

So let's play a little game.

I have 1 name. I don't know that name's alignment. If we get to exactly 11 votes I will reveal the name.

It's a game for two reasons, 1) town should not want to reveal this name under any circumstances (scum or not) because they can't take the risk

2) scum only wants this name if it's not a scum player, but if it's not a scum player, and it's not a sleepwalker... It's probably a name they want very, very badly.

So that's the game, if scum decides to get me to 11 votes I will reveal my name. But it will help town figure out scum tells. Or you can push me to 10 and fireblend can hammer me to death (which would be fine and NOT count to 11 votes).

Of course... You can all just not vote for me and I cancel my game, or we wait until tomorrow...

I'll check the thread periodically,

Lol you're funny XD

What's this about Fireblend though? Did you CrimsonFire with his double vote? I know he's high on town lists but that doesn't mean he's confirmed.

...you're not Town?
You're winner
Looks like this case...is all zipped up.

And as I have been marked for death, I will have you all think about this. It's possible you can find some scum from this. They would want to push me to 11 votes

It's a weird gambit, and I can't help but see it just as a way to avoid getting any more votes, I guess in hope of a last minute swing?

anyway, seeing as I'm about to go to sleep, and since the only responses I got weren't actually suggesting one way or the other, I'm going to go ahead and:

deputize: Burbeting

Did you ask them to plug their ears before explaining your master plan to us?

Wait, I have a better idea. Last one to say "Not it" is scum.

Not it!

Jeeeeesus Christ.

So, correct me if I'm wrong; you're town, but you're going to fuck us over if we vote for you? Seems pretty damn scummy to me, or like Time said, at the very least not exactly pro-town.
