I am pretty sure it is a global setting.
I also finished BG&E HD on the One and I thought it ran beautifully. Also played through GOW Judgement and it seemed pretty good although it did have some nasty frame rate drops during the bigger fights. Might have been the same on the 360 but I never played it on there.

BG&E HD is 1080p too, it really is a must play for people who haven't tried it imo!
GOW Judgement looks very good, I tried it again recently on BC!

The current set is not all that different and/or bigger than the games that had been in the preview program for months. People should be cautious about expecting it to get significantly bigger every single month.

I'd rather have Amped 3 than SSX, but any snowboarding game will do since nobody makes them anymore.

It's supposed to just be paper approval, no development costs whatsoever. Why the hell shouldn't this list get massive quick if Microsoft really invests in grabbing approval?
Clearly it requires more work from Microsoft. I don't think they will ever detail how it works and as long as they are willing to do the work and only need permission then I don't think it really matters either if the games keep coming.
I do agree that we should have the list already though

Lol wow you expect a lot. November update and bc list came around mid November (not 100% sure but I think it was November 12th) and you expected another December list to be announced at the end of November, roughly 2 weeks after the first list...

A lot of the small titles from the launch list were playable in preview for months... Do you really think that microsoft is this unprepared? Very doubtful...
That December list is probably already done. I mean a lot of games got spotted already as BC games but arent available yet.
The Xbox 360 game for Dec 15 isnt on the BC list yet, but if we go with Microsoft promise, that game should be playable on XboxOne.
Phil Spencer was also playing Banjo Kazooie before the E3 media briefing. I think that it could mean something.

I started playing Fallout 3 and thought it felt kind of sluggish. I figured that must be how it always was, but then I tested it with my 360 and it felt totally fine. I also noticed it when playing Shadow Complex. The controls felt slow and I could feel the vibration from hitting the ground before it happened.

They just made BC for those games available for all instead of only preview members if they had the RR disc.MS employee gamertags are something to look out for (though as stated they could just be playing their 360 games) but I'd watch what you're posting, I posted games one had played who I was strongly confident he was testing BC and he must have been told to make everything private because there is nothing on his profile that's public as of around a week ago, even silly stuff.

did you not notice the horrible input lag on Gears3? i guess if you didn't play this game weekly up to the XB1 BC release then you might not notice it. i hope MS can figure it out
