i think each wikia is whoever registers it first. I think the top level site admins stay fairly hands off.

As others said, Clock Tower will be easy (even though there are very few male characters in the Clock Tower series).

I'm curious what they may conjure for Rule of Rose, considering every main character but Gregory are female (there are other male characters, though very few, but no main characters).
