Look at Until Dawn. I am pleasantly surprised to that game still charting even if it is probably a really low number.



Maybe people are finally discovering how overrated that game is.

Nah that's not really a viable theory as the other games that were topping the chart in November are still up there. Sales just fell off.

Given this is essentially a sequel most people will go with platform they already committed to. So far as I'm aware in PAL most TR 2013 sales were on PS/PC hence the install base on Xbox for Rise was small. This put a glass ceiling on the numbers it could do n Xbox.

Unless people who already had TR on PS decided to jump ship TR was constrained in PAL from the start.

Odds of people jumping ship for SP only title it was blatantly obvious would be on PC and PS4 anyway were always low.

It's a risky play trying to get people to switch horses mid race and it simply failed in PAL. The majority of purchasers are simply waiting for their version to arrive.

As an aside I'm not convinced the violent tone was actually as popular as some think and I believe Rise also suffered from people playing the first and deciding "no thanks I expect Lara Croft to be like Indiana Jones not Rambo I'm out". Hence I wouldn't be surprised at a dip in demand anyway.

TR needs price dropped back to £30 everywhere. Once Game, ASDA, Tesco etc put their prices back up to £45+ the games sales tanked.

£30 seemed to be the sweet spot for this game for now.

Yet to see one either but I hardly watch the telly. Perhaps they advertise in the wrong places. I'm really into single player games like Tomb Raider and Uncharted, going to buy a PS4 just for U4 (and GT) yet I encountered 50-100 ads on Youtube for Microsoft's Fallout 4 ad campaign but I'm not interested in it or ever bought a Fallout game.

well, the original(?) was the WiiU being translucent, because the WiiU was meant to be inside, looking outside through the window, into the rain, contemplating it's failure

the WiiU we see is the reflection of the WiiU that's actually inside the house.

people mistook this for the WiiU being outside in the rain, begging to be let in.

In the Lara / Nate picture, if we go by the "Lara is left outside in the rain, while Nathan is enjoying the warm and cozy indoors" nobody should be translucent - but Lara should be behind the glass window / raindrops / window bars. - so i think the pic's fine :/

Wow still behind the Wii U. UK really does appear to be by far X1s strongest market in the EU. Sales were up though I guess :-/.
