Edit: It's an infamous "ROW" key; but I'm on Brazil, so I don't need it. Before I redeem it; does anyone on the rest of the world got the brazillian one and wants to switcharoo so we can all play regardless where in the world we are
Edit 2: I'll leave this offer here for the next 2 and a half hours, and then I'm cashing it. :X

Started pre-loading it. Didn't get ROW key, bought it only another day, but well, just 1:30h till it's completed, then... waiting till Feb 5th :)

On one hand, XCOM soldiers fight an enemy who is superior in both numbers and technology. Every day on the job might be your last since you're basically a suicidal unit of very fragile people being commanded by someone who is still learning the hotkeys.

Otoh, they can press a button and make time move faster, which I could really use right now.

I tried to add it to the basket and use the coupon, it got discounted. Not sure if I would be able to complete the transaction, already have it, but usually when you use an invalid coupon it doesn't discount anything... so no idea.

Odd, I had two in my basket, removed one, entered the code, check-out via Paypal.
It's my first purchase from them since Beyond Earth, not sure if that is somehow relevant.

Actually, while not in the main game, Firaxis said they DID include the assets in the modding SDK. So, yes, people should be able to mod them back in pretty quickly.

Playing EU with the controller was actually unbearable. Everything was so slow. Once the animation speedup mods, extra hotkey support, and removal of delay between hunker/overwatch went into LW it literally took me twice as long to run missions with M&K than it did streaming the game to my Shield handheld.

Well theres more classes off the bat, and their specs are apparently much more different now, to a point where you might want a sniper sharpshooter and also a gunslinger sharpshooter. Theres also exosuits but not full on mech suits. And random loot (like rpg loot) replaces meld

Sounds like the camera is still kind of crummy? Unfortunate, that was definitely one of my biggest gripes about the the previous game. Everything else sounds good though.

I am ready. Everything about it looks like a refinement of the EU. Just hoping some drivers and patches are coming soon to iron out the kinks..

So glad they're getting out in front with this. Normally takes a few hours after launch for community configs to get out there for most games.

I'm playing EW now can you share these mods for speedup/to remove delays, etc?

Edit: Found them at xcom nexus mods.
