Just do a system backup in the PS4 settings using an external drive.

You can also do the download trick posted above.

Just back up the HDD with P.T. to an external, swap your old HDD with the new one you want to use, and then system restore. It's easy.

I don't have it on there anymore and I hadn't even played it yet... My PS4 crashed while I was saving some replay. When I then booted the console, all my installed games/updates/apps were gone (all my replays were fine, weirdly enough).
I'll watch a YT sometime, but it isn't the same.

Be sure to back it up guys! (if that's even possible, not sure)
