New Amano FFXV art with tons of Summons. Up: Some event leaks. Browse at own risk

Had a talk with a couple other mods.

I don't think it's possible to completely moderate this going forward towards the event. Edited the thread title as a giant pre-emptive sign instead.

Still, please spoiler tag stuff that might spoil stuff in the event. And remember image tags do not work with mobile.

To be absolutely clear: Links to leaked content are allowed from this point on. Screencaps or non-spoiler-tagged discussion or images aren't.
I'm out then. See you all later.

Really excited for the event tonight. Unfortunately I have to be up at 5 AM tomorrow so I'll be asleep during it, but I can't wait to read about all the info tomorrow.

that puzzling face
saw the leak thread.....now I can come back in and get excited again without spoilers.....thanks mods

If I were you and I wanted to be leak-free I'd still bail to be quite honest, lol.

There really isn't much else to discuss up till the event.

Okay, guys, I won't join our group chat at all, I think. Obviously can't expect you not to talk about all the leaks that will have appeared by the time the main event starts. I don't want to spoil the fun tonight. Want to see everything the way they intended to during the show.

See you after the event, brehs :)

I appreciate the thread community at least approaching the "spoilers" with some tact, even if it was futile (because what else are we going to discuss, really).

Who was I supposed to message for the Twitch group invite? My twitch name is the same as my board name here.

Me. Invited you already, I think. Will do again just in case I forgot.

That's one way to spin it, but the way I see it, those advertising bucks used specifically to promote an event that's airing at three in the freaking morning would be better used closer to the game's release, when the tv spots and magazine ads start dropping.

Yeah when people see that, they will go home to look what time it's on and think 'nope' Not exactly a positive start to the UK marketing strategy.

It's drawn by Yuki Matsuzawa who also works on FFXV and did some of the wonderful concept art we've seen so far:

Also did concept art for Murdered Soul Suspect:
The art is just so damn classy.

This one, in particularly...:

I think I've said it before, but I'd kill for a FF game to be set in a sort of fantastical steampunk noir setting. Have fantasy aspects(magic, dragons, "kingdoms with crystals", summons), but also have a world with a setting that takes HEAVY inspiration from the 1900s-1940s. Have the main character some sort of hard boiled detective with a new type of gunblade, have him protect a flapper girl that also has strong magical abilities, while trying to stop steampunk cyborg gangsters and a Kaiser-helmed invaders piloting smoke belching iron golems.

Make it happen Square.

Walked through Waterloo Train Station (London) on my way home and there is a massive FF15 video teaser on the concourse. Big budget!

According to The Verge this game is coming out on PC.

It's probably a mistake on their part though, don't get excited people.

The one thing we do know is that Square will finally be revealing the release date for the game, which is scheduled to launch on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC some time this year.
