I'm awful with him. Out of all characters both him and his brother are just a nightmare for me to play as.
I want D.va and Roadhog skins. Like all of them. Yet I get none

Pharah and Mercy are my most played at the moment, they make a great duo being able to glide around the map.
The hype has convinced me to finally pick this up! I couldn't resist any longer.
So where should I start GAF? I played the beta for a few hours but I'm sure there is a decent overview out there somewhere of which hero's counter which etc. so if someone can shoot me a link I'd appreciate it.

People in my game (myself included when I play D.Va) do the same, especially over the walls...still barely see anyone get a kill with it.

To be fair, I am pretty bad with him too, but persistence has made me decent, and every game I see myself getting better. He has a huge capacity for growth.
I also want D.Va skins. Only found one, and it was a common color swap. :/

Zarya is like, stupid fun to play, especially when you're communicating with people. Turning around to shield your mercy against a high noon or death blossom is the BEST feeling
Interesting. Objectives (be it payload or points) have a 3 person cap. That means they will capture the point faster or move the payload faster with 3 people than with 2 or less, but 4 or more wont make a difference. Thats actually good to know for premades.

I fully understand probability and all but I swear like maybe, maybe 10% of the loot boxes I've opened from leveling up (level 33) have had anything good. 90% of them are all one blue and 3 whites. I've only ever gotten good stuff from buying loot boxes. It feels scummy, even if I know it's likely just probability doing it's work.
Well that's not super easy either to be honest but you know, probably just a bad game. Happens

Yeah that's one reason I find it weird when ppl bitch at snipers/flankers for not playing ON the objective. They can't do their job there while others can, and they can make that job a hell of a lot easier by taking out the surrounding opposition.

Damn and I thought the lvl 46 Pharah I saw today was really high.
Nice I actually haven't seen anyone with this in game yet. I got Mercy Valkyrie skin yesterday so I'm happy with that and my Mariachi Reaper right now.I got my first legendary skin today and it just so happened to be the one I wanted the most!

Guy must be playing like 14 hours a day since it launched.
failed miserably point 1 on nepal, we need a healer. One of the pharas goes healing, we dominate round two. halfway through round 3 which where dominating again, he decides to switch to bastion and we start losing again until someone else decides to switch to lucio so we could win.
What goes though these people's mind?
also, level 39 box got me my 3rd in box legendary, Valhalla mercy, would have prefered imp or devil to be honest, but whatever.
Just like mercy has modified ult speeches, the other characters should have gotten modified ones for their legendary skins, feels a little lazy they didn't

To be fair I haven't played him much. I only discovered I was good with D.va yesterday while messing around with friends

Does anyone feel blizzard should put alittle more effect in certain legendaries? Some have different ability animations and some have unquie voice lines while others only have a appearance change and sometimes even that is not a drastic difference.
Hazos Wolf Skin has a unique ultimate animation, unquie ability sound, unquie ultimate voice line. Obviously not every skin should be to this level but that's alot..

That Pharah and Zenyatta skin were my first two actually, which I'm super happy about.
Currently have those, the Roadhog Mako skin, Soldier Stuntdevil, Zarya Arctic, and Bastion Steambot.
Someone on my friend list is 53. It's nuts.
But that's a lot of players who haven't learned how to use the trickier heroes. I was the same way for a while until I decided to say fuck it and try out Offense if the team needed it, and though I sucked at first, at some point I turned around and had some PotGs and some good wins. Quick Play is just fun and games. Don't get too hung up on being the best. As long as you are being a team player and have the objectives in mind, you can only be so bad for so long.
All the hype was real. This game is so fun!

Offense: Genji (although I'm still terrible with him)
Defense: Widowmaker? (haven't played defense yet)
Tank: D.Va (instantly fell in love with this playstyle)
Support: Zenyatta (go-to pick for when the team needs a healer)
I don't have any defense characters yet. Probably gonna try learning Widowmaker first, but I understand you've gotta be effective with her to gain respect from your team. It's cool that you can earn EXP playing against bots, as that gives you an incentive to train first before jumping into competetive play.
Really enjoying this, though. And thanks to everyone who responded to me before - console load times are certainly not an issue!

They eventually updated some skins in HotS, maybe they will do the same here
