Hmm that's a good point, it's been almost 2 years since it was cancelled right?

Maybe we'll see it make another appearance this E3, but after the last cancellation they should prob pull a Fallout 4 with a short reveal> release window

Well they have Dead Rising, Street Fighter (now), and Monster Hunter. Or did I miss anything before this?

But I said what I said having forgotten all about DR3, lol. So it actually happened when SFV rolled into the market like half of a flaming bus missing a wheel.

If DR4 is the title, though, I guess this explains Capcom's other title they had in their financial call.

1) Rare is working on a new Battletoads
That would be awesome!

2) Sea of Thieves won't be a straight MMO, more like The Division/Destiny, seems like MS will give this game a huge focus, cross-play, cross-buy
I don't like Destiny, and I never played The Division. But if they manage to make it fun and add a fucking matchmaking in it, I'd super happy!

3) FH3 set in Australia
I liked it!! And that's one of the games I'm looking forward the most! Forza Horizon 2 is my favorite racing game ever!

4) General RAAM for Killer Instinct
Day after day it turns out more the "smash bros" of MS. And that's fine, cause KI is awesome!

5) Something Age of Empires (still not sure what exactly, prob new game)
Age of Empires 4 would be a dream coming true.

6) Halo Wars 2 Beta is a thing, no cross-play mentioned
Haven't played Halo Wars 1. I'm really curious about it.

7) Zombie online game by MS, prob new State of Decay, could also be Dead Rising
Please, be Dead Rising 4!!!!!!

No way we're getting Halo 6 next year. 5 took over 3 years to make and the mulitplayer was unfinished at launch. We'll see it next spring at the earliest. At most we'll see some ODST esque new campaign but I don't think there's a chance that we see a new fully fledged Halo game.

For those complaining about the deluge of sequels, did you read the part about Sea of Thieves having a big focus? If online games aren't your thing then you also have Recore getting fully unveiled. And we know a good amount about Scalebound which should be out by next spring. And that's not to mention the new IP's we do not know about at the moment.

Knowing current Rare, I don't think the new Battletoads will resemble the original game. Rare has said they don't like reviving old IPs for the sake of reviving them, and they "would only revive an IP if they want to do something different with it."

So yeah, who knows how this will turn out? Maybe we'll get Battletoads: Nuts & Bolts? Or maybe even Young Battletoads for Hololens?

I doubt Rare is actually working on it and it is being done by an external studio ala Killer Instinct.

This leak sounds like a bunch of logical guess work to me. Can't get the new IP or new hardware goods, just stuff that we kind figured would happen or was already rumored to be happening months ago.

I don't think it will be a new Halo game, just Halo 3 Anniversary teased for holiday 2017.

I'd be really excited if they announce a Halo 5 campaign expansion or spin off instead.

I've been with Halo since day one and I'm at a loss to explain why people are so hung up on playing as MC when Locke felt exactly the same.

If they're going to do a spin off I'd rather see them take some risks like Bungie did with ODST so long ago, trying something that has a different tone and gameplay than the main series.

What if rather than a full new Halo, they maintain multiplayer and instead offer a 20 hour campaign expansion? They have done a tremendous amount of work with Halo 5's multiplayer and would love to see them continue to build on that but offer both a $30-$40 digital expansion for Guardians as well as a standalone $60 title (this would have the multiplayer with a whole plethora of REQ packs but not the Guardians campaign) that is just a massive campaign add-on that continues the story from Guardians.

I would be happy if that rumor about Sea of Thieves is true. I really don't want an MMO, but the setting and art style look great and I am a Rare fan.
