Still doesn't look good to me. And that VR looks god awful.
Nomura's trailers were straight up masterpieces. Look at the E3 2013 trailer--that brought the house down. It's probably hard for XV's western marketing team to live up to it.

The footage makes the game look pretty fine, but goddamit why did they decide to use that techno-sounding music? It definitely doesn't fit with a series like FF. It practically ruined the trailer for me.

There's a lot of footage in that first half of the trailer that has me going "OOOOOOOH."

That looks so much better than the Xbox we just got, and that's not even mentioning the horrendous IQ in Platinum Demo.
The IQ doesn't look this good anywhere in any of the demos, not even the XB1 demo.

Even if we got three months, we needed an awesome trailer now. And I would guess they would save the best for the MS/Sony conferences, so I wouldn't expect anything better on the live ATR.
I'm so pessimistic right now.

Some of that looked sick - Titan looks really great when you're not just seeing repetitive arm swipes and face plants.
Hyped that air car can do close fly bys of cities - going to be a great way to take in the world.
Don't get the music choice, and not too sure about Prompto VR though....

I mean, just look at 1:23. Muddy textures, horrible aliasing, and a really barren land (draw distance).
Some parts look good, though. Mostly the ones in closed, smaller areas.

Why are people incapable of talking about this game in nothing less than hyperbole. VR is optional, and the content we did see was pretty good.

Content wise I really liked the trailer, but the music choice is baffling. SEs marketing team did a really poor job today.
If it would have been just a random trailer in between it would be okay, but not in their big E3 trailer at the Sony stage.

They didn't just completely fail, they fell hard on their faces. What a completely idiot marketing technique. That music didn't work at all.
I swear, Japan is always 5 years behind the US when it comes to trailer music choice
At least put in some future house or something.
