We don't know what's good for us in Wales.

Totally blind to the systems apparently and we'll be the first to complain about austerity in South Wales if leave were to take the victory here.
You've been infected with working class English tories. Masochist Utd

I don't know what to think though. A lot of Scotland has already reported their numbers, some of London also.

I wonder if the non-reporting boroughs are expected to be more on the Leave or Remain side?

seems like the rest are more on the leave side

not going well, at all.

Stroud and Exeter are both in south west England

Italian, actually.
I blame the guardian's map. Can't tell jack shit on it.
What the hell do the white lines mean anyway?

Still, then, Ceredigion first district for Remain in Wales. Wales looking bad.

I've called for civility a few times, I've just given up now. The end is in sight, one way or another.

It's gross tbh. Lots of sneering in this thread at people who have never had any opportunities in life and have been treated with contempt by every political party since the 80s at least.

Big wins in London are being mitigated slightly by lower turnouts, so the wins might be big but the numbers are not as high as they should be, which means if the outer england votes leave with higher turnout Londons impact becomes diminished.

So as an American who just assumed Remain would win, I've been doing some quick reading on the effects of Leave.

The UK is going to have to renegotiate ALL political and trade links with the entire world within 2 years??

Aren't you guys so fucked in the long term, what leverage could the UK possibly have at that point?

could a member of UK-GAF explain why all of Scotland seems to have favored remain?

Scotland is very much in favour of EU membership, and part of the whole indyref campaign was closer ties to Europe. Scotland's typically more socialist than the rest of the UK too. Immigration largely isn't an issue in urban areas in Scotland, though there's certainly casual racism like most places, but as a 'movement', it's not as much of a political issue. Anti-English establishment views pushes the viewpoint towards Europe as a replacement.

They will, because parts of London were in complete lockdown today.

Some people in the more flooded areas wouldn't have bothered.

I have no idea why anyone would think this is a good idea. It simply doesn't make sense. It feels like a decision made on pure emotion rather than logic. Leaving is bad for everyone.
