I know that the standalone Golden Axe game that was delisted (and I think another Sega game too) were added to BC, but I think the "circumstances" were different (Like SEGA still owning everything with those games, unlike Capcom with Mahvel). I never expected MvC3 to come over, but I'd be glad to be wrong.I should just give up on Mahvel ever getting BC huh?

Got as low as $7.90 the other day.
So recently I've been popping into game stores around my area and getting ahold of any 360 exclusive JRPG's on the off chance they might become BC (and cause I own a 360 in case they don't), and was wondering if there's any I'm missing so far?

I do a full system reboot before playing RDR. I've found if I've used like 5 apps and played a ton of games it struggles.
Probably a RAM/OS thing.
Works GREAT after the reboot.
I think it's because apps don't close (correct me if I'm wrong though), there needs to be something like "task manager" to check whetever there is an unused app still open
any atari arcade games probably have have much chance to be BC from here on out - two Atari Collections are being released soon for X1

You have to highlight the app, press the Menu button, and select "quit." That does the job.

Enchanted Arms is also on PS3, but yeah, these are all the exclusives. There is also The last remnant if you don't count PC version and Nier which also isn't exclusive but I have to mention.
I also wanna find a cheap Magna Carta 2 but I can't.It's the only one I'm missing.

I lucked out and got a cheap Magna Carta 2 from gamestop last year for about $9 after my discount.

Last Remnant is available on Steam so not exclusive.
Enchanted Arms is available on PS3 but they totally botched the NG+ so you have a choice between working NG+ and the extra content on the PS3 game

I see Assassin's Creed II has been updated. And with that, of the 52 backwards compatible games I own and have installed, all but 5 have been updated in the last month and a half: Halo Reach and all four Gears games.

I'm hoping it is the BC announcement for today, but there is NO guarantee we will get an announcement. More than likely we will be waiting until Thursday 9/1.

Glad they are getting Castle of Illusion on the BC list before it is delisted on Sept. 2nd. I feel pretty confident that this is not a coincidence. Once it was delisted it would have probably never made it to BC due to legal issues.
Great that they were able to get Castle of Illusion out. Going to triple dip!

I know I wish they would have moved the GwG version up.
Oh boy, it doesn't look good for FH1. Need to restart my console to see if the problems still exist then.

Yikes! Hopes that a restart clears it up for you. I've looked at a few Twitch streams which claim to be coming from Xbox One and it seems smooth (certainly, none of the momentary stops your clip was showing).

Did for me when the same stuttery performance happened. Seems like MS needs to alter the behavior of how other running services or apps reserve resources that the emulator needs because it's not the first time a BC game has needed a restart of the system to clean up weird performance issues. Runs perfect otherwise from the fifteen minutes I've spent on it so far from an old save which is kind of amazing considering that this has to be one of the most taxing titles for the X360.
try clearing 360 cache on the X1. That has been noted on reddit.

I have the same issue with Forza. I'm actually noticing now that I use the XB1 as a media player that issues are pretty common with switching. I'd rather everything just quit when I finished.

I find that task switching and resuming in general on the Xbox is pretty crappy. Instant On doesn't seem to keep apps running anywhere near as often as it used to for me. It's strange how it constantly loses track of the app and I have to reopen it fresh, whereas with my PC running an OS by the same company I can just sleep/hibernate the machine and everything stays. I'd have thought that a propietary OS with full control of custom hardware would be better at it, not worse.

My digital copy of Forza Horizon won't even start.
It works perfect for me.
Wow, I must say that forza horizon 2 is waaaaaay better than the first one. Being limited to drive on the streets really limits the fun. Also Colorado is boring. The one color palette is annoying, and there isn't that sense of wonder when exploring like in FH2.
Music is fucking great tho.

Forza Horizon, from the brief amount I've played it so far (just that "intro race" thingy), has run fine for me. Not like that linked capture video. We'll have to see how it works when more cars are on screen.
