Voted for Cody, Ingrid, Maki, Makoto, Necro and Q. Capcom can do whatever they want with the roster after adding Cody, Ingrid and Makoto. I won't complain even if half the roster becomes shotos.

I'm sure Sagat and / or Akuma will be in Season 2, and I imagine there will be at least one if not two new characters (at least I hope so - it would be boring if they only brought back existing characters).
So that's 3 or 4 slots taken; for the remainder I'd like to see any of the following: Makoto, Oro, Eagle, Fei.

If we get Akuma and Sagat in the same season I'm gonna barf. Let's get some more unique playstyles in the game before stuffing in more fireball/uppercut/anti-projectile kick special characters, hmm?

I appreciate that other people enjoy Akuma and Sagat but both have always felt horribly dull both to play and watch to me. I'm not super into Guile or Balrog as characters either but I enjoy watching great players use them so getting them both in one season wasn't so bad.
It's entirely a matter of personal opinion and I know I'm in the minority but I just really do not enjoy Akuma and Sagat.
Oni, on the other hand...
I'm fine with anything as long as it's not Blanka. I'd also prefrer them to lean the returning characters to people that either a.) weren't in SFIV (Q, some alpha fighters that didn't make the cut, SF1, skullomania) or b.) were added late in the game's life and are unique (poison?)

I voted Fei, Sakura, Yang, Viper, Poison, and Ingrid but honestly they could add anyone other than Blanka and Rolento and i'd be alright with it.

Nice to see cody so high in the list, he is my favorite character in street fighter.
But i don't think we will see cody and guy in season 2, they will probably release fei long, sagat, e.honda or akuma before them which is understandable.

I'm happy to see Rose, Poison, and epsecially Eagle doing so well also. Abel is holding his own too. (I think too many people write him off, he's got a solid fan base.) Even T. Hawk is higher than I expected.

He honestly would be pretty amazing to have. I fell in love with him when I saw gameplay footage.. He's right up my alley with the type of characters I enjoy playing.
Plus his red lightning is extra solid. :3

Dudley, Q, Deejay, C. Viper, Makoto, Twelve.
In that order.
I would drop everything for Dudley, even if he's ass. But I don't think that would be possible with his style in this engine.
Twelve is more because they could do cool things with him if they wanted to, he fits the story and he's unique.
Oh and Sagat and Akuma being #1 and #2 is the most boring shit.

Knew who 1 and 2 were going to be before even clicking the link. I think we'all get either Sagat or Akuma in Season 2, not both. Capcom need a popular face to push Season 3 (if we ever get there that is).
Voted for my SF3 faves Sean, Q, Necro and Makoto (obviously) as well as Joe ('cause why the fuck not) and Abel. Doubt more than three of them will probably ever get in though.
Also nice to see Sean in top 20.

Right now, whenever I wake up, I play like one or two matches. It wakes me up, it's fun to have a little salt in the morning, and I jot down three things I did wrong. I take a few minutes to practice that shit in training mode and then I get to work.
Then I take Urien to the lab again, practicing things people are talking about, like spacing with MK Tackle. Next, I hit up the challenges and try to run through them to practice my execution.
After that, I hit up a few Ranked matches and aim to do something I've been fucking up on. This is the hardest part, because I'm trying to pull myself away from focusing on winning and instead just learning the damn game.
Before I hit the bed or finish SFV for the rest of the day, I'll practice my execution. That, knowing what to do at what times, and not panicking in the middle of the match, seem to be my biggest problems on a general scale.
But then I see Momo play like hundreds of matches right after a big loss and I give up because that dude is ridiculous.

I just hit gold with my second character. I'm tempted to go Urien now, but maybe I should try go up the ranks with Alex.
On one hand, I quit playing Karin because I don't play that much and everytime I stopped playing for a week, I would lose all the timings and Urien looks a bit like that. On the other hand, I don't see myself training hard to go up the ranks and Urien looks a lot of fun.

It seems that Urien had all Karin strong stuff and some of the things that Karin lacks. For me, it was super natural to change mains.
Finally comboed after a spaced M tackle in a real match today. Just M tackle -> s.lp xx s.mp xx H tackle, but it's a start! That's gonna be a great addition to my toolbox.
