Anyone know if DICE plan to release the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass seperately for those who buy the regular or Early Enlister Editions?

I'd prefer to buy regular edition and grab the Premium Pass later as it should work out a lot cheaper than the Ultimate Edition. With Battlefield 4 it was $60 for base game and then $50 for Premium totalling $110 rather than $130 like Ultimate Edition.

Watched the Gamespot video review. Started to get pretty pumped for this game. Hearing lots of "best since Bad Company 2" which is really exciting.

Premium pass is up on Amazon UK currently, not sure about US though.

Nah, it's perfect. It's topical with that Trump reference, touches on the Great War moniker, and references the fact that the last Battlefield (Hardline) was less than great. Every level of it works, and for someone to take offense to the title, yet be able to play BF1 itself without worry is incredibly hypocritical.

It's a game where you kill people by the hundreds that's based on a real war. If you find offense in a small joke in the OT then you probably find the game offensive too right?

No minimap, no killcam, less health. Probably some more. Never play Hardcore in BF.

That sounds great. I never played Hardcore in BF either.

It feels very different than proper Battlefield to the point that I don't like it personally. It really screws with the rock paper scissors balance that the normal Battlefield modes have.

But it's great that it exists for players that want a different feel. Plenty of people out there who enjoy hardcore BF.

Gsync doesn't like this game with SLI.

I swear the fov sliders barely work if at all.

And to top it off I can't play multiplayer, Oceanic servers even with low ping I rubberband. The only change I've had to make is go from wired to wireless, but it's 5ghz and I get high dl/ul speeds. I've spent the majority of my BF4 hours on wireless with no issues there with a shittier connection so I know it's not due to being wireless, maybe router config idk.

Single player Tank and Plane war stories were pretty intense, flying is so much better and useable with an Xbone controller.

Can't wait for my PS4 copy to arrive tomorrow, I've been playing on both the Xbone and PC trials and I just absolutely love it. Got a friends onto the PC version yesterday and being to roll as a full squad was a blast, even though we were all collectively terrible, haha. Possibly going to double dip on the PC version, since GMG has it at a good price.

What's Fog of War?

If I had to hazard a guess, based on the first campaign level (Through Mud & Blood) it's a mode where you play on maps entirely covered in fog which would make visibility extremely limited.
