The thing that concerns me least about this will be its graphical capabilities.

I've got a PC with a 1070 in at home. Switch is considerably easier for me to lug around the house, take on a train, take to work.

Key factor for me will be pricing.

Switch is a great name. Sums up the system in a word, and plants a seed to switch from other platforms to make Nintendo your second console.

Much better debut than Wii U.

is this made for ants?

Trump rejoices.

So who's going to figure out the dimensions of this thing based on the distance from seat to windshield/mirror + size of rear-view mirror?

I'm excited to see the portable multiplayer games that come out of this.

How sweet would it be to play indie multiplayer stuff on the go?

Goddamn, maybe is just the initial impression, but this is just what I wanted. Holy fuck that looked like Mario 64 2 too!

i love it. Great concept without resorting to the gimmicky stuff of the Wii (U). I was going to buy it for the Nintendo exclusives alone, but this might turn out to be a system I get a lot more games on as it is just perfect for travel

Do want.

I'm on board, Haven't had a ninty since the Wii and there's a definite lack of Mario and Zelda in my home. Also I saw an option for an actual controller, that's even not symmetrical. Sold.

This looks basically like the best possible outcome with all the information we already got. I have a 3ds and a vita but i just prefer to play on a bigger screen. This basically means for me that i will get all the great handheld games on a console i can play on the tv/monitor.
And even when i actually play it on the handheld, it seem big enough for me to still enjoy.

I'm ok with this reveal.

Wow, I really like what I'm seeing. I'll probably plop down a pre-order the first chance I get, which is the first time I think I've ever done that for a Nintendo console. I also like the name too, it's simple, makes sense for the product, and doesn't sound silly.

Eh, looked goofy in all honesty. The idea that loads of people are going to crowd around a tiny screen playing games... it ain't happening.

Grown adults? Probably not. Kids? They're gonna eat that stuff up.

I like that the controller is portable and detaches from the screen (like in the airplane footage). Glad there's a pro controller, but it had better come with the console or my Wii U one better fucking work with this.

I like the way it looks. The detached controllers do seem small. Props to them for copying the MS controller for the new pro controller. The name however leaves a lot to be desired. I understand it's meaning, but ugh. We now need to know the pricing.

Very nice actually. I'm mostly excited for Nintendo's whole dev-force not being split between two separate platforms anymore! :D

Well, holy shit....

I was extremely skeptical of this whole hybrid thing and they sold me. I'm gladly eating crow.

Feel rather ambivalent towards the hardware, more interested in seeing if their OS and software features are finally up to modern standards.

I really like the concept.

It looks like something that has quite a bit of horsepower for it's formefactor but doesn't cost too much.

I'm in.
