was also Clayton in Disney's Tarzan

The wonderful Brian Blessed pictured above with ex 007/Hot Fuzz/ Penny dreadful actor Timothy Dalton in the movie Flash Gordon. Blessed's Biography 'Absolute Pandemonium' is a brilliant read, he led a very interesting life.

Fun fact: Even though Brian Blessed played Clayton in Tarzan, he also provided the famous Tarzan yell for the film as well. Apparently the actor who was actually playing Tarzan (Tony Goldwyn) couldn't do it for shit, so Blessed volunteered at the last second to step in and do it since he actually had the pipes for it.

Here's Blessed telling the story, it's pretty funny.

This one is probably better known, but Pee Wee Herman was the Penguin's dad in two live action Batman adaptations.

Bonus points

Penguin's mother in Batman Returns is Simone from Pee Wee's Big Adventure

She also showed up in a different role in the Pee Wee movie Netflix put out earlier this year.

Whoa! News to me.

Speaking of Pee Wee Herman, I was watching a documentary on Netflix about Jewish-American pilots during the was when Israel was created an Pee Wee and his mom were interviewed because his late father was one of them! When I saw his picture, I thought it looked like Pee Wee (but more attractive) but it was cool that they were interviewed.

One I stumbled on while working through my MST3K collection from the Kickstarter:

Ross Hagen (From The Hellcats here, but also appearing in another MST3k episode, Sidehackers, and the Rifftrax of Wonder Women), is the voice of...

...legendary gunslinger Landon Ricketts in Red Dead Redemption.

Harry Morgan from Dexter & The New Monarchy guy from Destiny (Executor Hideo) are the same person.
Pretty much all of Destiny's cast fits here. Such distinct and immediately familiar voices that you might not be able to connect to a face or a name, even though you're almost guaranteed to have seen most of them before in some movie or TV show.

I was... frustrated... to read that David Dorfman, the kid from the (American) Ring:
went on to graduate UCLA at 17, then graduate Harvard Law Magna Cum Laud at age 21. No one should get to be that smart and be an film actor. Its not fair to the rest of us.

As a kid/teen in the 90s into sports, the Mighty Duck movies were basically required viewing

It's kinda odd, that I don't recall hearing about the movie before, because hockey is very popular in Finland. I do remember the Hanson brothers from Slap Shot (1977) though.

They inspired the NHL team of the same name, but they were very a)bad at depicting hockey, b)very US-centric.
