I don't think KOF is a possibility but AFAIK there's nothing stopping it coming to other platforms.
Then thats pretty absurd of them not releasing on PC still considering it was leaked(or rumoured) on PC but that still didnt happened yet

What's so hard to grasp about the idea that the LAN port could be in the dock? Of course it wouldn't make much sense for the device itself to have it...Because it's a portable console that you carry with you on the go. You ain't plugging your ethernet in on the bus or train.
You would if you wanted to play it like a home console ie use ethernet.
The last 2 Nintendo consoles didn't have ethernet ports.www.polygon.com/platform/amp/2016/10/20/13347910/nintendo-switch-home-gaming-system
A home gaming system with no Ethernet port would be beyond silly. Not deal breaking of course, but a bad oversight.
No one plays Pokken with arcade sticks. It's definitely coming to Switch but that's not what the stick is for.Pokken
Tekken 7
Injustice 2
Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite
2 of the above getting announced for Switch wouldn't surprise me
What fighting game is this launching with!?
It makes no sense to come with an Ethernet. They made the right decision.
Most likely Tekken 7. Not too surprising considering Tekken Tag Tournament did come to the Wii U
Nobody is talking about the device. What's so hard to grasp about the idea that the LAN port could be in the dock? Of course it wouldn't make much sense for the device itself to have it...
The Ethernet adapter will probably be full-size USB and plug into the dock, just like on the Wii and Wii U. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Wii adapter worked with it.
injustice2 heavily modified ue3, tekken and mvcinfinite ue4, umvc3 mt frameworkMy guess would be Tekken and MVC:I
What engine does Injustice use? Also UE4? Then that's a possibility as well.
Is that a share button?!
It's for street fighter V guys...
...and since then the Tekken team has developed Pokken and Lost Reavers.
Nobody is talking about the device.
We're talking about the dock. Why would they put an Ethernet port in the dock when the whole point of the Switch is to pull out the Switch from the dock and continue playing your game on the go? If you're connect to the internet through an Ethernet port then it would kick you off your game as soon as you pick the Switch out of the dock.
Also, Nintendo could be looking at if someone hits the dock while your Switch is in it and it messes up your game.

KoFXIV, like SFV, is console exclusive to PS4.Arcade stick sounds like KOFXIV or Smash Bros.

Why would you use it though when the Switch has USB 3.0 which supports a gigabit connection.

Yeah. It's an option because it goes against what they're marketing. But they are still releasing a Ethernet USB adapter.
I don't think "seamless online" is the reason. It's just for cost reduction.
If that's the case why would they be selling an Ethernet port accessory if the dock came with a port already?Switching between wired and wireless connection is in the patent.
They already announced VR mode and dlc for ps4 thoughTekken 7 being console exclusive for Switch for a few months would be interesting and hilarious hopefully that happens.
One of ths is literally a thick plastic case around everything bar the controls.
