The Lakers are meeting with Larry Sanders today. His defensive abilities would be much welcome on this team assuming his game is still there.

The fact that he worked out for the Celtics and they didn't sign him despite how badly they need a decent center probably says all you need to know about Larry Sanders in 2017.

Not sure what the point is. Sanders clearly isn't a long term solution, so all of those C minutes should be going to Zubac and Tarik Black.

Sanders has/had the ability the both protect the rim and the perimeter so he's different from those guys. I wouldn't have a problem with him taking a benchwarmers or traded vet's roster spot and the team evaluating him through practices or something assuming he's in a good condition.

Free Charles Oakley.

The normal group of Spurs starters are just absolute trash offensively if you ignore Kawhi Leonard. Their bench players, with Dedmon and David Lee, bail them out with really efficient scoring and good rebounding skills but their starters are carried by Kawhi Leonard.

They might as well run an isolation play through Kawhi Leonard every time because LaMarcus Aldridge isn't doing shit shooting less than 30%. They really need Pau Gasol back, even if he's a bit of a defensive liability in the pick and roll.

The team honestly just looks tired. The all star break will do them well.

Barnes scoring has gone up 9ppg, but they failed to mention he's gone up 9fga per game as well. 20 pts on 17fga just isn't great.

I'm surprised the nuggets are only shooting 52 percent. Feels like they've missed 3 shots all game.

Iirc, they're one of the best rebounding teams in the league. Currently 9 OREB, 18 DREB, to Warriors' 1 and 11

Also, Jokic with 8 assists. God damn, he's a full fledged point center

Take that L Batum! Trying to guarantee a win against the Sixers lol.

Denver will always be one of those cities where teams will always try and take it easy if they're on a long road trip or what not.

Denver is incredibly hard to play in due to the altitude. Road Trips are already really tough in the NBA, and going to a place where it's literally harder to breathe isnt going to be nice.

Nuggets though aren't missing from 3. 16/23 for them.

No they don't.

Exact opposite. Only reason teams would rest starters there if they don't want the starters even dealing with altitude in any way shape or form on a long road trip. They're in their own timezone, are a nasty distance from basically every single team in the league (longer plane rides), and their division's teams are in Salt Lake City, Portland, and OKC, making the distance issue worse.

lol, I was just telling someone today that he guaranteed the L. he's been in charlotte long enough, he should know better than to add to the other side of the scale.

I mean, first of all, who guarantees a victory in the NBA regular season, and second of all, who guarantees a win against the fucking 76ers?, who btw don't have Embiid.

LOL this is some ugly ass basketball in dallas right now, each team trying to out-suck eachother. Nothing is falling, fouls everywhere not being called, passes floating all over the place, just ugly af.

Also just saw the score of the warriors game... wtf is going on?

Denver went 21-33 from the 3 and Jokic had a triple double, that's what. They had 20 3s with even better accuracy earlier. And 42 rebounds to 20 (Denver is one of the better rebounding teams in the league)

Also Jokic is the GOAT

Oh, the Nuggets are doing this with 9 available players, between Plumlee not being there and 5 injuries

Jokic has been an absolute beast lately. His numbers have always projected out insane, but he's really taking a big step. Dude is legit.

I like Jokic a lot, but Jameer Nelson needs to introduce him to the weight room. No tube arms in the NBA, leave that in college.
