Will do, 980 Ti SLI here. I'll check out 1440p on a single card first and then SLI @ 4K. It's going to take my blindingly-fast Aussie internet 3 hours to hit the 42% playable mark tho...

Man I was getting 200mb/s for the first minute, now it's down to 40mb/s

Ok Initial 30 minute impression:
GPU utilisation is good. Im only running a 3770k and a 1070 but 4k (everything maxxed) is running between 20 fps and 35 fps. With a few adjustments a locked 30 fps is definitely possible.
On a 24" screen ( 1080p with resolution scale of 2 = 4k) - there is still slight aliasing but nothing too distracting. Might change when i get on a planet though. Turning on Temporal AA fixes 85% of this. Unsure what kind of AA is is though.
No SMAA, only FXAA and Temporal.
Vsync definitely impacts responsiveness. Turned it off and saw a noticeable boost in controller Fem Ryder.

I'm watching the Giant Bomb stream right now and this game looks like crap. They're making fun of the character animation and dialogue.
Yeah just going to wait until it's fully downloaded. Going to stream it anyway, don't want to be downloading in the background.
Can you report how 1440p runs with that setup?
I have the same processor and gpu as you and am hoping I can get ~60fps at 1440p.

Yeah...for some reason my speed seems throttled now and it's getting on/I'm old/tired so I might wait till tomorrow. 5820k/980Ti @ 1440p though. If it's like Inquisition I'll be able to lower some settings to get that 60fps+.

Someone please quit the fuck adjusting settings/playing and share customized characters photos, videos and settings for how to make them ffs lol.
You gotta beta test the CC for us ps4 pre orderers so we can just input a nice custom face and play when we get it.

Everything maxed at 1440p with an i7 5820K@ 4.4GHz and GTX 1080. 45-60fps in the first area where you get control of your character.
Gonna lower most settings to medium now and see where it puts me.

shit I hit play when it was ready to start and walked away for like 15 minutes. That counted against my trial time didnt it?
I'm having the same problem
About the same for me. It's a little disappointing considering the game looks pretty average but oh well. Will lower things from ultra to high, should be enough for 60+
